Pros: Very helpful and nice staff. The travel is easy from there.

Excellent, well looked after and good stay.

Pros: The hotel was really well loctaed only a stones throw from St Peters. Next to the train station and easy walking to the local amenities. Breakfast was in a lovely courtyard and a very good choice of food.

Cons: The hotel is accessed via a security gate and there are shutters on the windows which we assume is for our safety. This was the only thing, even though at no point did we feel intimidated.

Pros: The staff was very nice and respectful, always available to offer assistance when we needed. The room was clean and beautiful, the beds were comfortable. We had a great experience all in all.

Wonderful accommodation, I would come back again. 10/10.

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the Vatican. The accommodation matches the photos, the room is not large but has everything you need. The room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is included in the price, and the staff is very kind and friendly – all praise to them. Rating: 10/10.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at B&B Residenza Gregorio VII! The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. One of our favorite features was the balcony – perfect for a quiet morning coffee or relaxing in the evening after a day of exploring Rome. It really added a special touch to the stay. The location is excellent – peaceful, yet within easy walking distance to the Vatican and public transport. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. Everything was well-organized, and we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! 😍🇮🇹

Very Good

Pros: We liked the location, the staff ver friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, it's really a very practical hotel.

Cons: The bed covers were to long, we were practically walking on the edges of them , appart from that no other problem.

Pros: Near the train station which we used during our stay. We liked that the property had a balcony which we used. Good that breakfast was included.

Cons: It would have been good if the property had a kitchenette.

Clean rooms, great hosts and excellent location

Pros: The instructions and entry ot the property were super clear and helpful. Wifi was great and speedy enough to enjoy youtube/instagram in the evenings when I was resting. The easy breakfast ordering was great and always delivered on time to the rooms. Rooms themselves were clean, tidy and enough space for me traveling solo. Location was excellent - 10 minutes walk to St Peter's Basilica and Vatican City. Train station and bus stops nearby for longer excursions.

Cons: There was some noise in the mornings or evenings when people were coming or going but there was nothing that ruined my experience of the stay.

Excellent accommodation in perfect location for sightseeing in Rome

Pros: Friendly and welcoming Lovely breakfast brought to room Really close to the Vatican and an easy and pretty walk to Rome centre through Vatican City. Handy little supermarket just behind the accommodation Fridge in room which we used to keep milk in for cups of tea. Nice balcony with room and larger shared seating area downstairs. You could just see the dome from our balcony if you peered under the tree
