Pros: Pristine and comfortable , located close to Roma termini station with regular Bus service . Very good amenities . Perfect for a short stay in Rome. Lisa was very helpful arranging a taxi for us and allowing an early check in.

Lisa is very nice and at your service.

Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, all little necessary things you need for your stay. Very easy access, clear and detailed information how to get to an in the flat. Communication with host was easy.

Spacious room

Pros: The location was great with restaurants only 5 minutes walk and grocery store across the road. The room was exactly as advertised and a beautiful court yard to look down from balcony. Lisa our host was amazing with clear directions for self check in and communication throughout our stay. I also loved the keyless entry system, both electronic key pad systems for apartment entry then room entry was a breeze .

Cons: Not a complaint but the hot water wasn't hot. Warm, lucky to be 30 degrees at its hottest. Because the weather was nice at the time of our stay it was okay but if the weather was cooler it may have been an issue

Pros: The host was so lovely and welcoming. The bed was soooo comfortable. Everything was clean.

Cons: Did not feel the safest area for a single female but that is no fault of the hosts. Felt safe inside the apartment.

Waiting On Train

Pros: The location was convenient to the train. The room was wonderfully updated, comfortable, and quiet with a balcony overlooking a beautiful, unexpected courtyard.

Cons: We were there for only one night to get the train in the AM. Finding a nice sit-down Italian restaurant was a challenge, and better check-in instructions could be helpful. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Place is really worth staying thanks to its cleaniness and amazing host Lisa.

Pros: Place was so clean and recently renovated. Location was excellent and usage of door codes was so easy. Our host Lisa was so kind and helpful and helped us with many things. She replied so fast!! Amazing service!!
