UNICO Suite - GRUPPO BLAM

Perfect location to visit Rome, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.

Pros: We were in appartment 3. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room felt brand new, there was a fridge, kettle, cups, tea and coffee. The overhead shower was poweful and there was always hot water. The location is great, it's easy to get to the centre either by taxi, tram, metro or bus. You can walk to the colesseum in 20 mins. Opposite the appartment is a really good supermarket and just across the road a fabulous bar restaurant where we had breakfast everyday. The staff are incredibly helpful, replying promptly and offering lots of advice and information on where to eat. You enter the appartment via an app. The staff send you a video explaining how everyting works and it's all very simple and efficient. We loved this appartment and will definitely be going back.

Perfect location and really friendly staff

Pros: We had a great stay in Rome. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Colosseum. The staff were very friendly, communication was fast, and the room was cleaned daily.

Cons: The only downside was some humidity in the room and the inability to ventilate properly due to smells from a restaurant in the inner courtyard. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was lovely and peacefull

Pros: It was clean and very comfortable. The localisation was perfect and. Highly recomended this hotel.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The suite is within 15 min walk from Termini station; 20 for Colosseum but you can also take the public transport considering there are many stations nearby. I recommend the coffee shop right next to the hotel and also Taverna dei migliori for an amazing food experience. The room is very nice, clean, the towels were changed every day, and the fact that you can access the accommodation just with your phone seems very cool and useful to me.

Pros: It was clean, nice and comfortable. We did stay for just a night, it did it's purpose. The staff was excellent.

Cons: The neighbourhood is not the best, but that is not the hotels fault.

Pros: We were living 4 days, rooms are very clean and well equipped with towels, shampoo, body creams, bottle of water, tea, coffee in a first day. The location of the hotel is also good. The online check-in was also very easy. The staff of hotel is very friendly and answering to questions immediately from WhatsApp.

Pros: I loved the fact that it was clean and the location.

Cons: The neighbours upstairs could not stop shouting until 2:30 am. Someone has to tell them to moderate their voice tone.

Pros: So impressed with my stay and how this accommodation was managed! Great communication and easy to access. Awesome to have luggage lockers on the day of checkout too!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The bathroom was newly renovated and the bed was very comfy. The staff answers very fast on whatsapp.

Cons: The room was very small - perfect for one person and night but more than that would be difficult since there‘s not even enough space to open your luggage.
