Amazing!

Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful! We lost our luggage at the airport and they contacted the airline company for us. We’ve got our luggage back and had a really nice stay in Roma.

Comfortable place to stay

Pros: Location is great, very close to the station. The place is clean and spacious.

Cons: The windows are facing the street, thus there are car noises.

Very comfortable and clean

Pros: The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! The location is very close to a dangerous neighborhood in my opinion, but it's worth it considering the distance to the Colosseum and the historical landmarks throughout the city.

Cons: The WiFi connection did not reach our room and that was a little bit disappointing for me since I needed that strong connection for working. Moreover, the rooms are on the first floor and we couldn't keep the blinds open since our window was easily reachable and someone may come in through that.

Perfect!

Pros: loved my stay here! super clean, sharing a bathroom was no issue (although i’m not even sure someone else was there), the staff was super accomodating :)

Cons: there was no fridge so every time i wanted cold water i had to buy a new bottle but that’s probably my own fault for booking rome in august!

Pros: Very comfortable access to the room with codes, I arrived in the middle of the night because my flight was delayed, safe neighborhood, close to termini station. Clean and intimate rooms. Good WiFi, working air con. Very nice contact with the owner Emanuele 😊

Pros: The room is comfy, and the best attribute is it has a steady hot water flow which beats that in a lot of old buildings in Italy.

Cons: It would be nice to have a kettle in a room.
