Pros: Host perfect. Great communication. Perfect location. Nice facilities in the apartment.

Cons: Nothing. More natural light would be nice but not possible with the nature of the apartment.

Do not skip! Must stay place for Rome ❤️

Pros: The location was second to none. It was brilliant, especially as we have already been to Rome before and didn't need to travel to the Colessium/Spanish Steps/Trevi. All we wanted was to stay in a nice neighbourhood with fantastic food options and drink options where you can stumble into without a need for a reservation. Mauro is a fantastic host and very responsive. I would suggest to anyone reading this review, just because there's a small amount of reviews don't be nervous.

Cons: Nothing everything was great.

Pros: Stayed for one week and loved every thing about this special establishment. Location is excellent. Attentive and caring host. Apartment is beautifully upgraded with all the modern amenities you could wish for. Great restaurants in the area. Don’t hesitate - book this apartment if available.

Outstanding place!

Pros: - The bed is really comfortable - There is so much attention given to rework the appartment, where old and modern accents are combined - kitchen is exactly big enough - it's spacious - the lightening system is really amazing! - bubble bath is very nice, and aswell as the bed has a good view on the enormous TV screen - place is very neat and organised - the area around is quiet but within a few minutes there is a lively street and within 10 min walk to the heart of trastevere or crossing the other side of the tiber - Mauro is a great and very friendly host

Cons: - nothing, except we had some issues with the induction at first but the host was directly to assist online and came by to fix it on the spot

Modern, comfy apartment - perfect for a city break!

Pros: Wonderful facilities - hairdryer, washing machine, wine fridge, iron/board etc. Very clean and modern, great lighting and storage. Massive tv with Netflix (with a perfect view from the jacuzzi bath!), access to outdoor patio. Great location (~30 mins to most tourist sites + lovely restaurant next door). Stocked up with kind gifts from the host. Would 100% return - thank you Mauro!

Cons: No notes - genuinely a perfect city apartment. If I had a robe to put on after the jacuzzi, I’d never leave.

Pros: Unique and tasteful apartment in a charming neighborhood close to numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Pros: Fantastic apartman with jaccuzi. Our evenings and nights were amazing. Mauro is the best host ever.
