Beautiful Rome

Pros: The room is in a great location! Comfortable and clean. Good communication with the owner. Termini main station is close by. But, from this location, you don't have to use transportation to tour the city, because all the sights are very close, so you can walk. All recommendations.

Pros: Close to the city,very clean room and the host very friendly.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains, and the room was not well soundproofed.

I recommend this place in this price and location of Rome.

Pros: Hotel was very good, location of this place for me is perfect, a lot of time i just walked around city. (not to every places for sure but the most). Conctact with the owner was very easy, he tried help me with my problems.

Cons: I think that room was little dirty. Shower have low pressure (so its llittle difficult to wash long hairs for example). Walls around room are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors (even hairdryer and generally each talk) But for me the biggest minus was that i felt cold in room because of not suitable working air conditioner.

A fair stay in Rome

Pros: The property was very near Rome Termini station which was great for airport travel, also a short walk to the Coloseum. The Host and staff were very friendly, specially when our shower wasn’t working very well and it got fixed straight away.

Cons: Property could have been cleaner. And the walls were a little thin, could hear the neighbours.

Good value for money

Pros: The location was very good, close to the train station. We had a lot of shops around us, busses , cafes. Also the owner was very nice and helpful. Room was tiny but clean.

Cons: Please bring more toilet paper!!🤣

Recommended!

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. It’s quite good in terms of price and service, definitely worth staying.

Cons: The walls were so thin that we could hear all the sounds from next door. It was a bit annoying, but after we informed the staff, he took care of it and made our neighbors quieter

Would stay again

Pros: Nice spacious place, with a comfortable bed. Close enough to public transport. Fridge available in the hallway if required.

Cons: Railway maintenance was being performed right outside the accommodation, would have been nice to have a warning. Cleaning standards could have been improved slightly.

Pros: Room was fine for short stay. Location ok but if you use public transport. For walking it's kind of far to visit everything. Host was helpful and polite.

Cons: Shower in the bathroom dirty with mull and no desk for stuff inside. The bathroom except the shower was good equiped.

Excellent value for money - don't listen to the bad reviews!

Pros: Despite reading a number of negative reviews prior to our stay, Roma Naif Rooms was an excellent place to stay, and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, with towels, toiletries and a hair dryer provided. There was air conditioning, a balcony and a modern bathroom. The room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. Many reviews state that the room is noisy, this was not a problem for us at all. There was some faint street noise which is to be expected, but the noise was not in any way distrurbing to sleep. Communication with staff was excellent, their response time via Whatsapp for check-in/out and general quieries was almost instant, with messages responded to in under a minute always. Excellent value for money!

Cons: The rooms are located on the third floor of a building, with stairs. There is a lift which is small. This was no issue for us, but perhaps would be for others.
