All according to expectations, very clean rooms surprised us.

Pros: Excellent communication with the host, clean room and space shared with other rooms, calm house, some basic food available and tea/coffee.

Pros: Everything was perfect: the room, the location, the host and the price. Also,right when you go out of the building, there is a restaurant called Gjon which i highly recomend.

Cons: The only thing i didn't like was tge fact that the heater in the room only worked from 7PM until thw morning. There was also an AC but in my opinion it couldn't handle the cold

Good for a short stay and close to train station

Pros: Close to station and 20ish minutes walking from coloseo

Cons: The lift is very old and scary

Highly recommend for the overall experience and the value for money ratio!

Pros: The location was really good. 5 mins away from the Metro station, 2 away from bus station and a supermarket and 20mins away from the Colosseum by foot. Very friendly and understanding host. They let us keep our luggage there and a change of clothes for the airport.

Cons: Thin walls and a lot of door banging noises coming from ghe neighbors in the morning.

Pros: Host was very helpful, place is very nice and good location to access city

Comfortable place, good location and great staff

Pros: Convenient location, several basilicas and cultural sites within walking distance. Lovely dining oportunities on the same street and nearby. Very kind reception and great attitude to guests. Much appreaciated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. You can also make tea or coffee in the kitchen in the morning and also during the day if you like.

Cons: Nothing to mention here :)

Pros: Nice host, Easy to access and most cleanest place i ever stay in Europe. If i go to Rome again, i will definitely stay here again👍

Cons: It’s not really bad one but It would be easier if i can pay city tax with a card. Otherwise all good

Pros: Enough room for a couple. Very clean and with working AC which is a must during the hot summer days in Rome. Very close to Termini which is good to move across the city with ease. No breakfast included but the owners are very kind and offer some small snacks, coffee and tea to start the morning Very good experience in the housing!

Great location, lovely and friendly staff who allowed us to check in early

Pros: Very comfortable, clean, even provided us with a free bottle of water and some juice

Cons: Shared kitchen which could be a little noisy but nothing extreme

Value for money: very good

Pros: Close to the termini station, Metro station (5-7 min walk, we used it to arrive at the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, City center, Villa Borghese). Across the street is a big market.
