Pros: I really liked our room and whole apartment, it looked so cozy and nice. The location was great too! There were some extra things, that made us so happy, like fee some small food for breakfast or umbrellas to take them into city for a walk, when it was raining.

Pros: Great location, less than 10 minutes from Termini station and walking distance to most of sightseeing spots. The suite was clean and charming, with the spacious common dining/resting area.

Cons: Just a minor thing - the shower head was leaking a bit, not a big deal. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else :)

Pros: Room was adequate, quiet location, the bed and pillows welcoming for a good night's sleep. Bathroom was clean with adequate toiletries. Common areas nicely decorated and clean. Coffee, tea and sweet pastries available for breakfast. Fridge shelf space per room. Cooking facilities. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is about 20 minutes walk from Termini Station. Supermarket around the corner offering hot cooked meals, restaurants nearby. If your fit, walking distance to attractions. Buses near by.

Cons: Thought I had booked whole 1 B/R apartment. Wasn't clear it was one of 3 rooms with private bathrooms, TV and couch in each room or maybe I understood differently Kitchen and sitting room is a common area. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Pros: The property is well located, just a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini station and the Metro, making it very convenient for getting around Rome. It was clean, secure, and the host gave us a warm welcome with snacks, sweets, and drinks, which was a lovely touch.

Cons: Nothing major to complain about—overall, a pleasant stay. I rated it a 9 only because the property is not very new and the kitchen is shared.
