Really nice place to stay

Alex is very friendly and helpfull. Very nice location, close to many options of buses.

Pros: Good location, close to many options of buses and train and few minutes walking from Train station. Confortable and clean room, just a little small for two.

Pros: The hotel manager went above and beyond for our needs! The location was so central & walking distance to any location our sites we wanted to go! Aircon was great and needed comfy beds and decent bathroom, had safe and decent cupboard space was perfect for our travel needs and home base for our vacation! Recommending to all our friends!

Cons: Shower could of had abit more water pressure but not expecting too much in a 2000yr old city anyway

Pros: I booked this place for a friend of mine, she said she was fully happy of it, both the room and the location . Clean and well equipped for anything she needed. The staff was nice too

Pros: The staff was very helpful, they cleaned the room every day and replaced towels during our 4 night stay, the location is very convenient as you can walk to the main attractions in Rome center

Cons: The guesthouse could do with some renovations and that's true for the entire building. Breakfast is served in a location nearby, one would prefer to be in the same location, but not a major issue
