A very clean and comfortable place to stay in a convenient residential neighborhood

Pros: This is a very homey style apartment, very very clean. Great location in a residential neighborhood that is close to the center. Host was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the opportunity to have a later checkout.

Cosy apartment near city center, away from noise and crowd.

Pros: Location is fine, local market and 2 super markets in the neighbourhood, as well as several restaurants and cafes. 20 minute walk to the city center and 15 minute walk to Termini station. The apartment is really cosy and we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment completed our dream vacation

Pros: - we appreciated the host for allowing us to check-in 1h30 min earlier and check-out 1h later free of charge - he also responded quickly to our requests - the apartment is located in a very beautiful area, close to market, supermarket, many restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops - also close to many bus stations - the apartment is very clean and well ventilated - the rooms are spacious - large wardrobes with many hangers - the beds and pillows are good with clean and good quality bed linen - the sofa in the living room is comfortable - the kitchen is well equipped for a family with two children - the bathroom is very clean - many, good and clean towels - high speed WI-FI in the whole apartment - smart TV

Cons: - we had no problems, but overweight people could have problems with the elevator and the shower cabin, they have very narrow doors - a coffee machine with capsules would have been like a cherry on a cake :))

Pros: The apartments fully correspond to the photos! Everything you need is there for comfort! The owner of the apartment was in touch all the time. For those who want a real Roman mood, this is the best option! Highly recommend!! 💙💛

Great and lovely stay !

Pros: I loved the apartment. Comfortable beds, comfortable sofa. NIce kitchen, well equipped. The bathroom is nice, has a beatiful balcony that can be accessed by the living room or the main room. Location is perfect, well connected to bus lines from Porta Pia, and at the same time away from the busy center full of tourists. Has automatic and autonomous heating. Hosts were very kind and accessible. I would definetely stay again.

Cons: Almost nothing, perhaps the main light in the living room, would change the color, but just a detail. I'd rather used the other lamps available.

Pros: Mineo and his dad Nino were great, welcoming hosts. I was looking for an authentic stay in Rome, and this property was great. Fantastic panoramic view, great restaurants around, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen - loved it! Also, it's a little off the beaten track - enough for the area to be tourist-free, but not far from essential bus stops to anywhere.

Cons: The bathroom can seem a little cramped and it gets noisy a little bit at night, but nothing one couldn't manage. Still enjoyed our stay very much!

Pros: Tolle Lage, große Wohnung, das Bad ein bisschen klein aber ausreichend. Super Kommunikation mit dem Host, ein toller Aufenthalt in Rom.

Spacious apartment in typical neighborhood

Pros: Lots of personality in the building, courtyard, elevator, and neighborhood with a wonderful bar/cafe just down the street and a big market close by. Bus transport pretty convenient. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with little balconies over the street. We had a couple of issues which the hosts addressed quickly.

Cons: US washers are different so instructions on how to use this one would have meant we didn’t need to bother the hosts. Also some info about the buses and bus stops would be very helpful. But overall we liked it.

Pros: Appartamento pulito ed accogliente. Ottima la posizione, in un quartiere elegante e vicino al centro. Il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile e disponibile, anche per il check out. Molto consigliato. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Cons: Ci è piaciuto tutto.

Pros: What a beautiful spotless home in the heart of Rome! We felt like locals in the upscale neighborhood full of shops and delicious restaurants. Very spacious and homey, and the proprietors are incredibly charming. The building is beautiful with an exclusive-feeling entrance and a large ground floor courtyard.
