Nice place in no crowded area

Pros: Just what you can see on pirñctures! Nice people luca.

Cons: Maybe could be good some more plates and glasses, but cleaning them no problem!

Pros: The apartment is cosy and spacious. The beds are comfortable and big, the kitchen had everything that's needed, the whole apartment was very clean. The owner is very helpful. He offered us an early check-in which made the whole day a lot easier for us. He also gave recommendations and a lot of tips. All in all, a great place, definitely recommend.

Cons: nothing, everything was great.

Pros: Sehr netter, freundlicher Gastgeber. Hat uns empfangen und früher eingecheckt und alles selber gezeigt. Tolle Wohnung. Kommen gerne noch einmal wieder nächstes Jahr. Super Unterkunft mit liebe zum Detail. Schöne moderne komfortable Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Luca der Gastgeber gab noch Tipps für Rom usw. Alles im allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt:-)

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr einladend, da sie ordentlich und sauber ist. Außerdem hat Luca bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht, es ist gemütlich und funktional. Bei Fragen ist er hilfsbereit und hat ein offenes Ohr. Die Beschreibung für den Check In war sehr detailliert und wir haben auch eine Zusammenfassung von empfehlenswerten Restaurants bekommen. Die Lage ist super, mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20 min beim Kolosseum. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment gewesen.

Ottima esperienza a Kalu apartment

Pros: Casa pulita, buona metratura per 4 persone (2 adulti e due bambine), dotata di tutto: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, forno a microonde, piastra a induzione. Buona la posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Malatesta. Nel quartiere vi sono negozi, farmacia, supermercato, ristoranti, bar.

Pros: Appartement très propre, avec le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Le canapé possède un vrai matelas confortable, par rapport à beaucoup d' appartements qui proposent une banquette et sont plus chers. Quartier calme contrairement aux apparences. Appartement sécurisé. L'hôte est très accueillant, nous a donné de bons conseils. A proximité des transports en commun.possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
