Great location and everythign in the apartment is new.
Pros: Communication with the host in English was extremely easy, with clear instructions provided upfront. We choose this location because parking was included and was free of charge. However, finding a parking slot is very challenging in that area.
Cons: Checkout at 10 is a little bit too early. For me was not an issue as anyway I had along way to drive but otherwise would have been somehow unpleasant.

We highly recommend Luxury Suite-Metro Malatesta to anyone wishing to spend fantastic time in Rome.
Pros: The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the room was gorgeous, and we loved the beautiful paintings and photos of Rome on the walls. The apartment is located in the center of the Malatesta district, close to the metro station and several bus stops, many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The host, Matteo, was very thoughtful and helpful. We especially appreciated his permission to store our luggage in the apartment before regular check-in.
Cons: Everything was excellent.

Excellent accomodation
Pros: An excellent,, newly renovated apartment in a complex with easy access by metro and busses not far from city center.
Cons: The AC was bit small in capacity and we experienced bit warm and stuffy at times.

Pros: უკარგესი გამოცდილება იყო ამ ბინაში დარჩენა. ლოკაცია ძალიან კარგია. მეტრო ზუსტად მოპირდაპირე მხარესაა და ავტობუსის ბოლო გაჩერება საიდანაც ისეთი ნომერი გადის,რომელიც ძირითად ღირსშესანიშნაობებამდე მიგიყვანთ! ბინა ზუსტად ისეთია როგორიც ფოტოებზე. ყველაფერი ძალიან სუფთად იყო. ყველანაირი კომფორტია🥹 კორპუსიც კი ძალიან სუფთაა და ამასთან ერთად დაცული. უბანიც ხალხმრავალია მაგრამ არა შემაწუხებლად, აი ისეთი რომ ღამე გასვლისას დაძაბული არ იქნებით. სამზარეულოში ყველანაირი ნივთია რაც კი შეიძლება დაგჭირდეთ. აბაზანაში პირველადი დახმარების ჩანთა იყო და ამით ყველაფერი ნათქვამია რამდენ დეტალზე აქვთ ნაფიქრი🙏🏻💯

Excellent quality, plenty of space, and convenient public transport.
Pros: I rented two apartments in the same building from the same owner — one on the 1st floor and the other on the 4th. Both looked freshly renovated, very nicely decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was that the host provided dishwasher capsules, laundry pods, and basic supplies like salt and other essentials. It was a thoughtful and convenient gesture — it really helps when you don’t have to buy a whole bag of salt in every city you visit. 😊 There’s a bus stop right in front of the building, which takes you directly to a working metro station (since the one closest to the apartment was under renovation).

Pros: Very good location, easy to find, looks even better than in the picture! The owner is communicative and trustworthy. Very good connection to the city center and the airport. The Malatesta area doesn’t look as nice as Rome city, but it is quiet and felt safe to me. In any case, I highly recommend this apartment!

Genial apartamento, a 5 paradas del Coliseum, en un barrio residencial muy agradable
Pros: El apartamento està situado en un barrio residencial con multitud de comercios y restaurantes. Hay mucho aparcamiento gratis en las immediaciones, aunque tb hay muchisimos coches aparcados. Hay mucha rotación… nosotros aparcamos el primer día y no movimos el coche hasta el último. Está a escasos 20 min del Coliseum en metro. Eso es sin duda una gran ventaja. Tb hay muchos buses que os comunican con el centro o con el Vaticano (aunque entonces el viaje va a durar 1 hora) El apartamento está bastante bien equipado. Hay microondas, nespresso, lavadora, horno y cocina de inducción. Está bien climatizado (fuimos en enero y no pasamos frío) tiene tb AC si vais en verano. Tiene una pequeña terracita muy agradable con una mesa y dos sillas. Sin duda, si volviéramos a Roma y fuéramos en coche, nos alojaríamos en este apartamento
Cons: Consta de una habitacion, cocina (con una mesita donde comer) y un baño. (No hay un salón propiamente dicho, pero tampoco es un problema porque, al menos nosotros, nos pasamos el día fuera) El ascensor a veces se queda abierto en las plantas superiores y toca subir los 4 pisos a pie.
