Casa Carlotta a Roma

Pros: Host welcomed us at the property. Provided all the necessary information about the property and the city which was really helpful. Property was in front of the main bus stop and close by grocery market which was really helpful. Really safe area and not too crowded either which was good. Property had all the necessary stuff present and it was well cleaned. Air con was working fine which was a plus especially in summer. Kitchen, bathroom and rooms had all the essentials which made our stay really comfortable. The beds were comfortable and room sizes were good.

Cons: The apartment was at the 4th floor and although there was lift but we still had to climb some stairs to get to the lift. This could a bit difficult with baby stroller.

Pros: Comfortable flat with lots of facilities, very clean and easy to get to the centre with public transport.

The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, which made getting around Rome very convenient. We highly recommend Casa Carlitta to anyone visiting the city!

A great base from which to explore Rome.

Pros: The property was tidy. It is a short walk from a Metro station so accessing Rome was simple.

Cons: The parking was on street and a little difficult to find a spot near the apartment as parking at that location is competitive.

Pros: A lovely, clean apartment with a real Italian feel. Walking distance to the local metro with many cafes, pizzerias and bakeries to choose from. An ideal place to stay for a few days with easy access into central Rome. Sara was an amazing host, so helpful from start to finish, assisted us during our stay and even booked our return taxi to the airport. Thank you!

Pros: The property was clean and spacious. It had all the facilities including air conditioning, fridge and washing machine. The host was exceptionally helpful. She ensured a smooth check in even at midnight. She was always available to answer any queries about the property. Additionally the property is only a few minutes walk to the metro station, has mini markets, cafes and restaurants near by
