Spacious comfortable room in a lovely quiet district with easy access to the historic centre.

Pros: Excellent location in the Prati district. Quiet but with easy access to bars, restaurants and transport links to the historic centre. Helpful and accommodating hosts.

Great stay for short trip in Rome!

Pros: The host was extremely kind and welcoming. The apartment has a fantastic location, and we always had tea, coffee, and water available. The room was quite spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The host even allowed us to leave our luggage longer on the last day of our stay. We would definitely come back!

Cons: The shower head didn’t work very well, and the bathroom could be cleaned more often, especially the shower. It also bothered us a little that toilet paper wasn’t restocked on the last day.

Welcoming host, clean and comfy place, nice and quiet neighbourhood close enough to main attractions

Pros: Very kind and helpful host, a joy engaging with him. All directions for check-in etc before travel were very clear. Room was very clean, comfy and common areas nice with fridge, cooking appliances and coffee maker. Location walking distance from Vatican, very good public connections with bus and subway while the neighbourhood was very decent and quiet with engough good eateries and a good grocery store next-door.

Pros: La struttura si trova in un palazzo storico, molto bello, ha l'ascensore. L'appartamento è molto carino e la stanza era luminosa. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la possibilità di fare una colazione in casa e anche l'acqua a disposizione che è stata da noi molto apprezzata. Esperienza molto positiva

Pros: Der var ikke morgenmad og det var helt okay. Fint med vandflasker og småkager stillet frem. Og det helt okay køkken. Flot værelse.

Cons: Det fremgik ikke tydeligt, at det var en bread and breakfast lejlighed, som ikke havde en reception. Man var afhængig af, at skulle ankomme på et bestemt tidspunkt og holde kontakt via sms. Det havde været ok, hvis det var beskrevet, så man var forberedt. Toilettets udskyl var ikke ok på et tidspunkt.

Excellent location and the Cafe right outside the door was great!

Pros: The location was great! This part of town is pretty quiet and just a metro stop away from all the best sights.

Cons: Honestly can’t think of anything.

Fantastic clean comfortable spot

Pros: Absolutely fantastic spot in a very nice residential neighborhood. Gino was waiting for me when I got there and he couldn't have been nicer. You walk through a lovely palazzo to get to the right door. Then a charming elevator will take you to the 2nd floor (3rd if you're American).My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and there's some kitchen space that is shared with other guests. Highly recommend it.

Cons: The Internet was inconsistent. My fault for not telling the host sooner, but I had decent cell coverage and wasn't there much anyway.
