Pros: Good location, close to the metro station, 200 m from a small market and 700 m from a hypermarket. Is a quiet neighborhood, the amenities are lovely and the staff was very kind and professional. Easy check-in procedure, and also keyless entry was very welcome.

Pros: Enjoy the place, comfortable and just a few steps from Lepanto Subway station.
Cons: There should be further furniture, such as a desk or a table to hold over your luggage or suitcases and closets to hang your stuff on. The toilet seat should be fixed, it is a bit wobbly and unstable.

Good quality and staff
Pros: Good location near the metro, fresh renovation in the room, there are spare towels, etc. At first we had problems finding the right door, but the manager was in touch and helped with everything, even though it was about 10 pm. After checkout, we were allowed to leave our luggage until the flight. Very nice manager and pleasant experience of staying at this hotel

Amazing stay. Great location and property
Pros: We had an amazing stay at IV Domus. It is in a great location, around a 10ish minute walk to Metro station (meaning the rest of rome is easily accessible) and shops/restaurants. Same distance from Vatican City. The area the accommodation was in was quiet and not a lot of noise but as mentioned not far from busier areas. This area is much cheaper than across the river around Piazza Navona/Trevi, etc. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was a coffee machine, bottled water, slices of pie, and a stocked bathroom. Check-in was straightforward, and staff were quick and efficient in answering any questions. The automated opening of doors is great and means you don't have to worry about losing your key. The building was beautiful inside. Would definitely recommend staying here in Rome

Great value stay in lovely part of Rome
Pros: The apartment was great and we will hopefully use it again next time we are in Rome.
Cons: If you are an international guest you need to have your data switched on to open the external door to the building with your phone.

Pros: Quiet room, comfortable bed, good neighbourhood, excellent communication.
Cons: Room and bathroom on the small side, no kitchen table to sit for breakfast (and hardly any room to sit in the room either), poor quality furniture and equipment (bath, curtains, towels etc)

V nastanitvi smo se počutili odlično in jo priporočam vsem, ki želijo mirno lokacijo.
Pros: Zelo mirna lokacija. Bližina metroja ni daleč. V okolici so razni lokali in marketi. Osebje je zelo prijazno, izredno hitro so mi odgovorili na vsa vprašanja, ki sem jih imela. V tej nastanitvi smo se počutili zelo dobro in jo priporočam.
Cons: Nimam pripomb.

Pros: Ubicazione dell'appartamento molto comoda e stanza pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Non ho scelto la formula con colazione ma in stanza c'era una macchinetta della lavazza con capsule e fette biscottate per la colazione oltre che bottigliette d'acqua.
Cons: Non c'è stato il cambio degli asciugamani ma considerando che le notti erano solo 2, non è stato un grosso problema. Forse poteva esserci qualche gruccia in più

Pros: Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, comoda metro, camera pulita, ordinata, comoda con macchina caffè e cialde, personale disponibile per qualsiasi cosa con risposta immediata. Soggiorno Super.
Cons: Nulla. È andato tutto bene.
