Not great not terrible ok if you are on a budget

Pros: Easy to get to you have bus station in front of the building 15 min to vatican from propriety Stores nearby Clean place Big room

Cons: Thin walls if you have loud neighbours you can hear everything they do My window was covered with something from outside so my room was dark

Excellent experience at the heart of Rome with friendly staff and great value for money.

Pros: The staff was very kind and accommodating - they arranged for our room to be ready at the request time, much earlier than official check-in hours. They also recommended sights and restaurants in Rome. The room has an outstanding value for money, as it's very spacious and clean while located right next to the Vatican City with excellent public transport links to Termini Train station and Fiumicino Airport.

Cons: There is nothing I did not like. All of my requests were promptly and professionally fulfilled by the staff, such as changing the towels or arranging for an earlier check-in.

Good :)

Pros: Good location - 5 min by bus to Vatican, near 15-20 min to Rome city centre. Apartment was clean. Also there is a mini kitchen for common usage. Possibly to leave baggage after 09:30.

Cons: There is no tea in the room, only coffee. It’s a little dark in the room.

It was great place and good value of money.

Pros: It was new room & very clean. Instructions was very clear for late check-in.

Cons: Reception close at 2pm

Pros: The room was big enough, we had everything we needed and the communication with the stuff was smooth.

Cons: People at the reception work only until afternoon. The room could have been a bit more clean and the location is not ideal if you want to go to the center, which is far. But there is a bus in front of the building, which is an advantage.

Pros: Great accommodation for city break close to metro station and bus stop is opposite .

Great value for money

Pros: Overall great, this isn't a hotel, more like self-contained flats with shared kitchen, which was perfect for us. Room and bathroom we're clean, coffee machine in the room with coffee pods provided. 20 mins walk to Vatican and bus stop outside with easy access to both airports.

Cons: Kettle in shared kitchen didn't seem to work, this wasn't a massive problem as we each room had a coffee machine. Shower had two heads, one overhead one and one lower. The overhead one wasn't great I guess due to water pressure.

Good enough to stay one night

Pros: Room was spacious enough and well furnished, including the bathroom. Setting the indoor temperature was easy and air conditioning worked properly.

Cons: I didn’t like the mattress and the pillow. Mattress was too thin and the pillows too. A couple of extra pillows might be provided

Pros: Its close to the metro there is a bus stop right outside the door. The staff is nice and the room was super clean and comfortable

Pros: It's a big space with a lot of transport options near, really good location 👌
