Gregorio VII Luxury Suites

Came to Rome hearing the hospitality is not that great but these people proved us otherwise

Pros: We really liked the hospitality,the room was nice as well,our host was very friendly and willing to solve every problem we faced.The jacuzzi was amazing and felt like entering heaven gates after the long days of walking around the city.Every morning before we exit the suites,we bumped into the lady who cleaned our room,she would always greet us with a smile and after the first day we knew that we would come back to a very well cleaned place and our stuff as we left it.I wish we had the time to thank her and tip her but we left early in the morning to catch the flight back home

Cons: Very little sound insulation but wasn’t a big deal because the residents were not loud and noisy

Pros: Horrible wa speeder and great access to main routes into the city, very close to the Vatican, 15-20 min walk

Cons: Some of the furnishings need a little attention, screws loose etc but didn’t put me off 👍

Pros: the guest and the staff was great, 10/10 the room was clean an nice, and the location is also great if you like to visit the vatican

Cons: I can hear the upstairs neighbor's walking.

Great stay, but far from luxury.

Pros: Jacuzzi was great in the room. Bed was comfortable and access to the balcony was a good addition. Staff is really helpful and accommodating, ready to help and solve any issues.

Cons: Little far from centre for its price, but the bus is literally in front of the place. Walls are extra thin, so it might not be great for light sleepers. There’s a be quiet after 11pm rule, but since these are honeymoon suites…not everyone will do so.

Pros: It was a very romantic, spacious room with bubble bath next to Vatican. The whole vibe was quite classy and clean. I loved the experience and would definetly come back there

Pros: Good place, Spa bath inside is a blast! Checkout was a bit stressful as i left the keys and forgot, that entrance door is also locked and i couldn't reach anyone to help me. In the end got out through garage doors. Overall place meet the expectatios, although a slight renovation would be great. In my room balcony doors were not working correctly. Staff is friendly. Close to Vatican ( 15-20 min on foot), bus stop just near the place. Would certainly recommend.

Pros: Achei ótima a acomodação e o serviço e atendimento superaram a minha expectativa. Pois, todas as minhas dúvidas foram solucionadas e todas as prioridades foram resolvidas prontamente. Recomendo a todos.

Pros: Staff cordiale e disponibile, alloggio che merita in tutto. Molto elegante. Spazi, vasca idromassaggio, bagno spettacolare, pulizia a dir poco perfetta, tutto pulito, preciso e profumato. Smart tv con programmi presenti, acqua in frigo gratuita

Cons: Non c'è niente che non mi ha soddisfatto, anche la posizione è abbastanza comoda. Con quello che c'è in giro vale anche il prezzo che costa, qualcosina in meno sarebbe ottimo, ma anche così va molto bene.

Buono ma da migliorare..

Pros: Buona posizione. Ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto. Ottima la jacuzzi anche sé rumorosa e le camere non sono insonorizzate per niente. Staff disponibile e molto gentile!

Cons: Da rivedere l’insonorizzazione delle stanze e la manutenzione generale.

Pros: Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato più volte in questa camera e tutte le volte ci siamo trovati benissimo. Bagno pulitissimo, c’è la Smart tv, vasca un po’ piccina in due ci si entra a malapena ma niente di impossibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
