Vatican-Balduina Apartment

Pros: Great location as I needed to be very close to my friends house, big flat and equipped with all necessary tools.

Cons: Maybe a deeper cleaning and could smell a bit of mould around the bedroom..

Pros: Basic but spacious to sleep 3 and even 4 people. Good value given the location but, if you're going to Rome for the first time, worth getting to know the area as is just outside the centre, eg. the bus is probably faster and easier than the train, so locate the busstops and how to buy tickets. The 990 will take you all the way to Trastevere (at time of writing). Anything you may need, such as food, is within walking distance - again, maybe a virtual walk using street-view will locate places.

Cons: The Vikey system looks like a poor app. You can use it to verify docs but the residence tax can be paid in cash upon arrival - especially as it is only paid once there in person.

Pros: The apartment is cozy and quite nice. We had everything we need. The owner is friendly and provides great service.

A nice stay

Pros: The apartament was clean and had all you need to make a tea or a cup of coffee or to even cook if you wanted. There was a train station near. There were restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Renzo, the owner, was very welcoming.

Cons: The entrance is not that easy accesibile because you have to enter the building, then get out and it’s in the backside of the building. And the train that is near, it’a not passing very often, so if you don’t organise well it will take more than 45 minutes to reach the center.

We liked everything and had a great time in Rome.

Pros: Spacious and cozy apartments. There was everything necessary for living. Convenient location, not far from the metro and the Vatican.

Pros: Renzo is very nice and helpful landlord. We had everything, what we need. The beds are comfortable. Near to the bus stop. Everything was great.

Pros: The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable and fairly central to where we needed to be. Renzo is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Pros: Logement calme et spacieux, très proche de l'arrêt de train qui fait partie du métro. Les équipements sont parfaits.

Pros: Es un departamento que está muy bien equipado con una buena ubicación.

Cons: Nada que decir, porque es un buen lugar para alojar

Pros: Très bonne localisation, près de la station de train Balduina. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel, on trouve autour du logement plusieurs commerces de proximité (supermarché, glacier, pâtes fraîches etc). Renzo était disponible par message avant notre arrivée pour répondre à nos questions et son accueil était chaleureux. Salle de bain spacieuse, moustiquaires aux fenêtres dans la chambre et le salon. Dans la cuisine de quoi se débrouiller, frigo assez spacieux avec congélateur au dessus. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour la période encore touristique.
