Great hostess, apartment and location

Pros: The apartment was very clean. It was equipped with everything necessary, both in the kitchen and elsewhere. The hostess, Barbara, had taken into account every detail. She was very attentive and warm, always ready to help. Interacting with her was a pleasure. The location was great for reaching the city centre by bus 990. There was a supermarket nearby and other infrastructure too. Roma Balduina station was very close too. The location was also very quiet, great for those who are looking for a calm place to stay. If visiting Rome again, we will certainly stay here.

Pros: Il locale è ben curato e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla. L'accoglienza ed il servizio della signora Barbara sono stati eccellenti e ci hanno permesso di soggiornare con semplicità e tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente.

A lovely stay whether you’re traveling alone or with someone

Pros: A lovely and cosy place in a safe and residential neighborhood. The apartment is very close to Roma Balduina station, and has good connections to anywhere in Rome. There are local shops, cafe and restaurants in walking distance from the place. Barbara was a fantastic host, so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place whether you’re traveling alone or with someone.

Ottimo alloggio ma Barbara super!

Pros: Va beh, Barbara, la gestrice dell'alloggio, fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno perfetto, non solo nella sua struttura ma anche fuori, impegnandosi a dare tutti i consigli utili sia per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici che indicando locali dove andare a mangiare. Ultra disponibile!. L' alloggio è piccolino ma strutturato in maniera intelligente, dotato di tutto l'indispensabile per il soggiorno. Posizione molto tranquilla e si arriva in centro in 8 minuti prendendo il treno direzione san pietro.
