Pros: Nice and very big apartment, very bright and very convenient. Lot of space, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a kitchen - exceptionally nice for the comfortable stay. The apartment is very warm and with very comfortable beds, you really enjoy your stay :)

Cons: Very-very-very-very-very looooooooooooong online check-in process that is out of normal understanding, lot of info to be provided, two different docs (for what do you need national ID of another country in addition to foreign passport???) to be uploaded - sth very uncomfortable, not so easy and not so fast at all, you need to spend lot of time indeed for some bureaucracy especially when there four of you. The next quest is to enter the apartment: your link with the keys gets active only in 15H, not the minute earlier, no possibility to leave your luggage and all that staff. When you get your link, you open the building door as well as the second door on the floor without any problems, but the last apartment door is opened with some titanic efforts and the process is not so user-friendly at all. I assume some older can hardly possibly do that, it is really very-very difficult. Okay, when you are in the apartment, you are happy, cause it is really nice, unless you have a desire to boil a kettle, to cook the dish etc. - we managed to switch on the kitchen stove from the 30th time and right after the careful reading of the instruction. When we booked an apartment, the kitchen was equipped with the coffee machine, we found instead only capsules for coffee machine and we found that really strange. For the dishwasher only two capsules were provided although we wanted to wash the plates 1-2 times more, but for manual wash there were nothing. The kitchen did not have any towel, any napkin, nothing to wipe the hands at least. There were no soap and no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom as well even though there was empty soap dispenser. Meanwhile each of the guests were provided only with one soap stick for two-nights stay. These things make the stay in the apartment with 9.2 score a bit challenging despite the general exceptional impression from the property itself

Perfect Location

Pros: The location was perfect - we were present only on a short stay and having a comfortable place to go to close by the city centre was great after the long days or a late night visit to the Trevi Fountain!

Pros: The flat is very modern and fully equipped. The location is perfect. The bus station is so close.. The staff was very polite and helpful on time!!

Cons: Despite the perfect location..is a noisy square, full night life, which leads us to close all the windows and sleep with the air conditioning on... Not happy about that, because it's not healthy and I don't do it either at home. Just some minimal attention to details, to make the staying excellent: - the floor wasn't so clean, it was visibly dirty. :-( - the bottle opener was broken, - information about what type of coffee capsules we should buy was missing.

Savrsen izbor koji je ispunio nasa ocekivanja.

Pros: Sve je bilo savrseno od komunikacije do realizacije. Bila sam skepticna oko poslednje recenzije vezano za online ulazak preko linka obzirom da prvi put na taj nacin otkljucavam vrata, medjutim instrukcije su bile jasne tako da nikakva komplikacija nije bila. Kraj je miran, lokalni market iza ugla, apoteka, pekara sve sto je neophodno za dolazak-na par koraka, cak smo prvo vece nasli lokani restoran koji je bio vise nego odlican.Lokalni bus 913 do Vatikana staje preko puta zgrade, odatle moze peske do svih znamenitosti. Najtoplije preporuke za stan. Vraticemo se ponovo.

Cons: Nemamo zamerke.

Pros: Me gustó la limpieza. Calefaccionado. Los ambientes muy cómodos y sobre todo las camas muy cómodas. La verdad es que hemos quedado muy a gusto con el alojamiento. Y porsupuesto que volveremos. Muchas gracias .

Pros: Appartamento in Palazzina curata, molto ampio e pulito. Mobilia nuova e ogni confort. Sembrava di essere a casa.

Pros: Чисте помешкання, велике, комфортне, зручне розташування.

Cons: Не вистачало кімнатних одноразових тапочок, але це не суттєво на фоні загального враження.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, completo di tutto, ben servito in zona molto attiva piena di negozi. Direzione molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consiglio il soggiorno.
