Pros: We were very pleased with the apartment, as it provided everything we required. The garden terrace was exceptionally lovely. Furthermore, the neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near the city center.

Great holidays in Oasi apartment in Rome
Pros: Excellent clean apartment with good interior and a terrace in a good area of Rome - 20 minutes by public transport to the sights. Near by a supermarket and few good restaurants. The owners of the apartment are very hospitable. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. At your service there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including toiletries and slippers. A small compliment in the form of a bottle of wine and sweets for the children complemented the pleasant impressions. We would be happy to visit apartment of Mr.Fabio again.

Perfect place
Pros: Fabio is extremely friendly and available! Everything was amazing certainly everything you need in Rome , apartment with a beautiful area outside, nice bad and shower. Vaticano and The balduina station is really close to the place.

Comfortable. Felt like at home.
Pros: Our stay was very comfortable. Felt like at home. We appreciated the warm welcome of Fabio, which was very helpful during our stay. The apartment is has all the amenities and equipped with all the things needed for your stay. Also, it was well-designed and clean. Beds were very comfy too. A perfect value for money combination for a comfy stay in one of the quietest neighbourhood of Rome. Tip: for the best option of transportation take the Regional Train from Balduina station and after 3 stops you will be at the heart of Vatican or use the bus 990, but be aware that at night the bus schedule is not so panctual.

Minden rendben volt, szemben a szállással van egy nagyszerű étterem is. :)
Pros: Gyönyörű, tágas lakás és terasz. A konyhában voltak apróságok, melyeknek nagyon örültünk (kávé, bor stb.) Jó helyen van, rendben van a környék is, parkolni is tudtunk a ház előtt.
Cons: Minden rendben volt, de nem szeretjük, ha “civil szállásadók” lefotózzák az iratainkat a privát telefonjukkal, de végül sikerült ezt megbeszélnünk a tulajdonossal.

Pros: Recensione ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Appartamento impeccabile! Pulizia eccellente, arredamento moderno e funzionale, dotato di ogni comfort. Tutto perfettamente in ordine, esattamente come descritto. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e si è reso sempre reperibile per ogni necessità. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo.

10... Tutto spettacolare
Pros: Tutto, casa accogliente e pulita in ogni angolo, dotata di tutti i comfort e il giardino un angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi serenamente, all'interno e all'esterno ogni dettaglio è curato in modo da fare sentire a casa chi soggiorna, il proprietario una persona gentilissima e disponibile su ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto, nonostante non fosse prevista la colazione ci ha fatto trovare tante cose all'interno dell'appartamento comprese le cialde per la macchinetta del caffé e cosa granditissima un regalo per ricordare il soggiorno. Beh che dire se dovessimo ritornare a Roma ritorneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Grazie mille.
