Pretty nice apartment with beautiful terrace

Pros: The property is big, spacious and very well furnished. It is about 7-8 mins from the closest bus stop from which you can go to Vatican. The library is amazing !

Cons: There is nothing specific that we did not like. My recommendation is next time to clean well the amazing terrace and leave at least water for the guests because the nearest shop is not that near.

Unschlagbare Lage! Super geeignet für mehrere Personen bei einem Tripp nach Rom!

Pros: Lage war top War alles verfügbar was man brauchte und Sauberkeit war hervorragend! Jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen!!!

Cons: Türöffner war defekt! Ein Zimmer ohne Heizung (war etwas kühl) Parkplätze sind Mangelware!

Sehr schönes Apartment für große Gruppen/Familien

Pros: Riesiges Apartment auf 2 Stöcken? Zu 7 sind wir uns echt nicht auf die Nerven gegangen und hatten genügend Privatsphäre und auch Gemeinschaftsräume! Wirklich super. Dankeschön!

Pros: Las camas eran cómodas, el piso muy espacioso y las terrazas magníficas; aunque dado el calor que hacía no las pudimos usar.

Cons: Le hace falta una buena limpieza, sobre todo al plato de ducha del baño principal. Uno de los dormitorios no tiene aire acondicionado.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura molto accogliente. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti i comfort e stracolme di libri. Luminosa e ben tenuta non manca nulla, molto pulita con tutto l'occorrente per la pulizia. La zona è ben servita da bar, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. C'è un terrazzo meraviglioso con cucina luminosissima.

Cons: Per arrivare alla metro c'è da camminare più di 1 km. La zona è comunque servita dai tram.

Casa di arrista

Pros: Casa arredata come se fosse un abitazione in uso. Un servizio igienico è molto datato e avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato. Silenziosa, luminosa con ampi terrazzi. La casa non è in posizione centrale ma vicina alla fermata del bus con il quale si raggiunge facilmente il centro.

Cons: Sono presenti bollitore e macchina del caffè ma non ci sono a disposizione capsule per il caffè, filtri per il thè e neppure le tazze. Niente kit di benvenuto neppure una bottiglia di acqua.
