Pros: The majestic residence is a spacious. Place is spotless. Beds are all comfortable. Host was excellent, and was easy to contact, had some questions about the locality, all answered promptly. . Had a pleasant stay and I would recommend the majestic residence to anybody booking a trip to Rome. Thanks Alessio.

Pros: The furniture, the balcony, the space, the bathrooms, soo comfortable beds. Everything was exceptionally good. The host is also amazing and very hospitable! Will come back gladly!

Absolutely amazing with a great host

Pros: The host Alessio was absolutely amazing. He was easy to communicate with before the stay and during the stay. He ensured we were comfortable and guided through the stay. The house is very clean and showers are comfortable.

Excellent apartment in a very nice part of rome with loads of good restaurants close by

Great space, house quite old, cleaning could be better.

Pros: It was spacious. The instructions were clear and check in was great. Kitchen was equipped.

Cons: The cleaning lady did not clean well but the property manager finished the job. Check in was at 3 but the cleaning lady finished almost at 4 pm. Not that i don't like but just note that the living room window or venetian blinds is broken so they black out the room with a black plastic. It's worth noting if someone will sleep in the living room.

Pros: Clean, neatly furnished and cozy. The host was friendly, communicated well and explained everything we needed. Large enough for 8 people. Beautiful overall and with art pieces to boot.
