Casa Gaja

Pros: Prime location next to 3 bus stops that can go anywhere within Rome. Very quiet neighborhood; cafes, bars, restaurants, pharmacy & market in the same street. The property is very clean and well-equipped with everything you can expect, including complimentary wine, candy and biscuits. The host, Leonardo, is super friendly & accommodating, constantly checking in and offering to help. He was there to greet us at 7AM too. Even before travel, he had all our travel details and was ready to help with transportation. He sent a full list of recommended activities and places to eat at, and constantly checked in until after our departure train.

Great apperment in a nice area within good connections to the center of Rome

Pros: The property is spacious and very clean in a very nice and quiet neiborhood with a great park in the vicinity. The property was equipped with all facilities and also food, tea, coffee water and juice were provided for the first breakfast. Also several shops and restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Pros: The place was very big, two balconies with lovely herbs growing, plenty of space for the family. We felt very safe there compared to other parts of Rome. That is always to your disposal, happy, cheeerful and sharing home goods with you- that’s the place and person !

Casa Gaja

Pros: Our stay at Casa Gaja in Rome was exceptional. The apartment was beautifully furnished with cute decorations, comfortable, and big. Its location was ideal, providing a peaceful escape from the crowds while still being within walking distance of the central part of Rome for those who enjoy a bit of exercise. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay and he helped us even with a lost key. His kindness and accommodating nature made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome seeking a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience from a very kind host. I would go and stay there when I'll visit Rome again. P.S: There's a grocery store downstairs and the kitchen has all the items for cooking! ;)

Quiet stay in Rome

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood outside the center but easily reachable with buses. Nice and spacious apartment, perfect for a family. Very nice hosts, eager to please and make our stay comfortable. Always available for questions or concerns.

Cons: The neighbourhood was quiet but a little dirty unfortunately. Problems with AC unit not having remote ( had to understand how to make it work by downloading an app). We personally prefer a shower with a high wall attachment for hands free use, and without a curtain it was really difficult not to spray water everywhere.

Highly recommend

Pros: Very satisfied stay, I brought my family to travel in Rome, I was lucky to book this hotel: the rooms were very big and nice, the facilities were complete and very clean; Next to the park, you can walk sports; Convenient travel, bus can go directly to the Vatican and the Roman Colosseum; The landlord was also very nice and sincere, offering a lot of good advice and helping like family, such as when I had trouble sending my luggage, the landlord rushed from work to the Courier shop to help deal with it. Looking forward to staying again next time.

Notre prochain séjour à Rome se fera à la Casa Gaja.

Pros: Tout, les lieux, appartement idéal pour une famille (5 personnes) confortable et très propre, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à proximité du Vatican et du Trastévère , bien desservi par deux lignes de bus, 20mn du centre de Rome. Commerces dans la rue et parc à 200m. Et surtout l'extrême gentillesse et la disponibilité de Léonardo.

Cons: Difficile, aucun reproche .

Pros: היינו 6 לילות, משפחה בת 5 נפשות. הדירה ממוקמת במתחם בניינים שקט ונעים במרחק של 20 דקות נסיעה ממרכז רומא. יש בקרבת הדירה תחבורה ציבורית שמגיעה למרכז רומא, אוטובוסים וגם רכבות. לאונרדו בעל הדירה מקסים, היה זמין ודאג לנו מאוד, לפני החופשה וגם במהלך החופשה. הדירה גדולה ונקייה ומאובזרת בכל מה שמשפחה צריכה. תודה רבה על אירוח נעים ומהנה. We stayed for six nights — a family of five. The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant residential complex, about a 20-minute drive from the center of Rome. There is public transportation nearby, including buses and trains, that go directly to the city center. Leonardo, the owner of the apartment, is wonderful — he was always available and took great care of us, both before and during our vacation. The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything a family might need. Thank you very much for the pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Сподобалось абсолютно усе!!! Неймовірно затишна і повністю придатна до кофортного проживання квартира. Хороша інфраструктура. Вражає гостинність і привітність господара, готового в любий момент вирішити найменші проблеми.
