Pros: Great apartment with bananas garden. Host was very helpful and provided us with greeting package (wine, cola and chips) as well as many suggestions about attractions, transportation and restaurants. We really reccomend this place!

Pros: Very comfortable two-bedroom apartment. There is a park and bus stop a short walk away. A convenience store is right downstairs. The owner, Pino, is attentive to his guests and easily reachable via WhatsApp.

Pros: The apartment is in a quiet location. Supermarkets are a short walk away. The apartment has pretty much anything that may be needed and all facilities are working. There are several busses which can take you to Rome's centre and back. A private garden is also present. The last but not least, the host is doing his best to ensure you have a fantastic time in Rome and make the most of your stay.

Cons: One of the beds is a bit noisy.

Pros: Très bons échanges avec notre hôte et son épouse, merci Pino! On accède facilement en bus à tous les lieux incontournables de Rome.

Overall, it is value for the money and a decent place to stay. Simple and functional!👍👍

Pros: 6 of us stayed here (2 adults and 4 teens). The adults and teens slept in separate rooms and each one had his own bed.
It takes 15 minutes or less of walking from here to several bus stops and train stations. The owner, Pino, was quite accommodating and helpful. You could easily ask him for suggestions (places to visit, to eat, etc.) and for simple requests (extra towels, bed, etc.). There’s nothing superb about the place but it provides everything that a small group needs - decent place to sleep, sufficient amenities and good enough space to relax.

Cons: Everything was working well except the ceiling fan switch (you need pliers to turn it). This is beyond the owner's control but it's good to know that mosquitoes could be bothersome in the garden.

Bon camps de base pour une immersion Romaine

Pros: Pino est très serviable et nous a donné plein d info pour les ballades dans Rome. L appart est à proximité du bus 44 pour aller en ville. Équipé comme il faut pour un séjour sympa. La terrasse en rez-de-chaussée appréciable au milieu des bananiers. Le quartier est populaire et sûre.

Cons: Tout était cool.

Wonderful stay for family of 7

Pros: Pino was a superior host. He made us feel right at home and gave us some excellent recommendations on where to visit and what restaurants were best in the area. We could contact him at any time, and he was always available to help.

Prachtig verblijf in Rome

Pros: Prima appartement, Goede busverbinding met het centrum van Rome.

geweldig verblijf moet zeer attente en vriendelijke host!

Pros: het appartement voldeed aan de verwachting, lekker ruim, keuken met alle voorzieningen. badkamer met bad en douche, handdoeken, föhn, zeep en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De twee slaapkamers waren heerlijk ruim. met als pluspunt een klein terras. de ligging van het appartement is ook prima, met bus 44 zit je zo in hartje centrum. het is een mooie, rustige woonwijk. Maar het meest positieve van alles was de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de host! geen vraag te gek of hij beantwoorde het meteen. Zelden zo'n fijne host gehad!
