Good option between two lovely neighborhoods

Pros: Simona was one of the most caring hosts I've ever met. She prepared literally everything for our stay, was helping us before, during and after our booking. 10 out of 10. The area is quiet, still easily reachable from all the places you need. Free parking on the streets around with no need to use the car to reach the city.

Pros: Hostess Simona greeted us with a warm welcome. The apartment was spacious and very bright, located in a quiet area of Rome. We really liked the nearby park, which we visited after a tiring day in the city. The BUS connections are good, and if you like to walk the old city center and Vatican are reachable by foot. Simona advised us on good authentic Italian restaurant choices and gave us other helpful tips. Upon arrival at the apartment, we were greeted with food and drinks. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Pros: Beautiful flat with absolutely every convenience and super clean in secure apartment block. Easy access via the buses to city and tourist site. Super helpful host.

Pros: New and cozy apartment, very clean and confortable. The host was very very nice, she wellcomes us with italian biscuits, candies, champagne and breakfast, she asks us every day if we need something, she gives us directions and recomandation for visit and food. We'll come back for sure.

Rome’s best accommodation you can ever find

Pros: Rome’s best accommodation you can ever find. Me and my family decided to visit Italy for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. Simona, the owner of the apartment was an exquisite host who made sure we felt exactly like home. Despite the late hour we arrived, she welcomed us with fresh food and snacks, including a fully equipped bathroom with toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and many more. The apartment is located in a calm and beautiful neighborhood and it takes you about 50 minutes to go to the main attractions (Fontana di trevi, Colosseum) using the bus. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Rome and feel safe and comfortable like home. We would definitely comeback here if we’ll have another chance.

Pros: Ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang von der Vermieterin Simona. Die Wohnung top, bis ins kleinste Detail, alles da was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, Snacks, Frühstück und Prosecco. Zwischendurch die Nachfrage, ob wir noch irgendetwas brauchen mit nützliche Tips von ihr. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Verbindung mit Linie 870 und 982 zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parken kostenfrei in der Nähe möglich.

Pros: Excellent accueil de la propriétaire. Elle parle bien le Français. C'est un bel appartement (très bien rénové et largement équipé). Les bus sont pratiques pour rejoindre le centre de Rome.

Pros: Apartamento muitíssimo bem cuidado, limpeza excepcional e localização ótima! Simona é um anfitriã incrível! Voltaria muitas vezes para a mesma hospedagem!

Pros: Die Unterkunft war super gelegen. Frau Simona war sehr nett und hat sich stets um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Zur Begrüßung stand Sekt bereit, außerdem gab es das erste Frühstück, Wasser, Saft... Ich kann sie jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Rom besuchen möchte. Vielen Dank an Frau Simona und alles Gute.
