Romolo House

An older apartment but it is not missing anything. It is also close to a metro station (Cipro) and to the Vatican Musei.

Pros: Location (a metro (Cipro) and Vatican Musei are close to the apartment), the apartment itself is an older one (after Marco's grandparents) however it is pretty spacious and very well equipped - our family was not missing anything. Also kudos to Marco - such a nice and helpful guy. There is also few shops around the block (bar/food) and also a 24/7 Carrefour (a supermarket) is not that far.

We loved our stay in Rome, and made our stay more homely living in an entire apartment.

Pros: Romolo House completed our wonderful stay in Rome. Marco was waiting for us already, and did a comprehensive info about the home. The rooms (living room and bedroom) were spacious and clean. Kitchen is complete with all the things to use for cooking - cutlery, plates, pots and pans was all available at our disposal. Our family enjoyed staying in Romolo House, as it was also close to metro access via Cipro much closer. And walkable about 20 minutes to the Vatican City, although may take longer for elderly people. For our family, it was a good location to get around. Thanks to our host, Marco.

I can only recommend this apartment and visting the city of Rome it was fantastic

Pros: Nice Location right next to the Vatican many spots to go out and eat in the neighborhood and perfect to get to the city of Rome because of the metro that’s only a few minutes away.

Pros: Good location with a walking distance from the Vatican and near a metro station. The apartment layout suits well the needs of those who need two separate rooms for sleeping and want to cook also at home instead of eating out for every meal. If you come from a country where shoes are taken of when inside consider bringing a pair of woolly socks or inside slippers with you; the floors are stone material. Marco was a kind and gracious host ready to advice us when we needed information. We were happy with our stay:)

Pros: The host Marco is extremely friendly and helpful. He met us personally, took us inside the apartment and explained in great detail about the facility. He was extra nice and arranged for a few bowls from his own home which was very touching and thoughtful

Pros: Very clean and large house and in a very good location next to a underground station (Cipro station) and close to the Vatican city. Very close there is a perfect bakery for breakfast named Voglia Di Pane, as well as many supermarkets, of which Carrefour is open 24/7. Marco very friendly and helpful in helping us with everything we asked him as well as giving us information about the city.

A perfect Italian apartment for experiencing Rome with your family

Pros: Perfect location-2 min walk from the metro station and if you do not mind walking, you can reach the main Rome site in under 40 minutes on foot

fatntastic stay in Rome partly thanks to the place we stayed. we felt like at home.

Pros: Location. c lose to the metro station, quiet place, big flat, perfectly clean, neighborhood, restaurants around. The owner Marco, he’s now my friend Marco, is fantastic person and of a great help. He was our cicerone - guide, prepared a list of places we must visit for the trip of 6 days. next time when we visit Rome it will be this place to stay for sure.

Pros: Really interesting, informative, and helpful owner. Marco is a genuinely nice host. The facility lacked nothing. Of course, Rome is a huge city, but with the Metro a block away access to so many sites was easy. And the Vatican is so close. Lots to see and do right by this apartment.

Cons: No complaints. If you are there to see Rome, it's a great apartment for a family or multiple travelers.

Pros: Die Nähe zu den Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs ist ein riesengroßes Plus. Die Größe der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Es gibt alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung bracuht. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich!

Cons: Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird sich von den Geräuschen der vielbefahrenen Straße vor dem Schlafzimmer - trotz der extra-Doppelfenster - gestört fühlen. Aber man besucht halt eine quirlige Metropole.
