A lovely Apartment
Pros: My daughters and I loved the apartment. It was very spacious. It was like home. They provided all amenities we needed for a comfortable stay except a microwave oven. I guess it's illegal to use a microwave in Italy as our apartment in Venice a few days before did not also have a microwave oven. There's a supermarket in the next building. Our host Anna was waiting for us to hand the keys to us and give us a brief tour. She was also responsive when we had a few issues. We loved our stay here.
Cons: Though there's a Metro stop nearby, the apartment was a bit from from the center and the Roman attractions. There was no toilet roll holder in the toilet. We had to put the toilet paper on the sink table and it got wet. There was also no soap dish/hanger in the shower. I had to put my shower gel bottle on the floor The shower was spacious enough for us to keep bending over though.

Pros: Very good contact with our host (Anna). Good location, close to metro station and within walking distance to Vatican. The neighborhood is clean and safe, with various stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, it's located on the 6th floor (out of 7, there is a elevator). The rooms are bright and spacious, with really comfy beds. It also has a balcony, accessible from both rooms. WiFi worked well. The con's The building is located by the busy road. Some might complain about traffic noise, but personally it didn't bother me at all. What bothered me a little was quite a noisy neighbour from upstairs. Overall, I recommend the apartment.

Pros: Perfect location, 5minutes from Metro, supermarket downstairs., many restaurants in the neighborhood. Spacious one bedroom apartment. Pretty well equipped.
Cons: Maybe the sink in the shower could be fixed a bit’

Pros: The landlord is a nice guy, friendly, and super available. The location is excellent: close to the Metro station, St. Pietro Square, and several amenities around, such as bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
Cons: The only negative point was the air conditioning, which was not enough to cool the apartment, especially during this hot period. Still, it is an excellent option.

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte curat, locatiea pozitionata intr-o zona foarte convenabila, este foarte aproape de linia de metrou si de linia de tren.gazda a fost foarte primitoare si a raspuns prompt la toate cerintele noastre.recomand si sigur o voi alege din nou cand o sa mai vizitez Roma

Pros: Cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario, struttura molto bella e accogliente la consiglio vivamente. Unico neo difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio se si viene in macchina ma girando un po' nelle vicinanze comunque si trova
