Perfect place for your city break in Rome!

Pros: The place is in a very good location (15 minutes on foot to Termini and 20 minutes to the Colosseum), and there is also a metro station nearby. The property is very clean, and they offer daily cleaning service. The check-in was very easy; everything is handled remotely. Communication with the owner was perfect - he was very responsive and helpful. There’s a fully equipped, shared kitchen in the apartment, but if you’re not interested, there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. 100% recommend!

Cons: I can’t complain about anything, everything was great!

Pros: The shared kitchen was spotless clean and great facilities . Same with our mini one great small kitchen and essentials . The bed was super comfy and location was brilliant only 15 min walk to main attractions

Cons: It can be very noisy at night , double glaze windows would help. I had to wear my loop earplugs and headphones to be able to block out mostly dogs barking until 2am

A wonderful stay with a perfect location and a friendly, helpful host.

Pros: Extremely convenient location, close to many of Rome’s main landmarks. Francesco, the host, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, he offered great local food recommendations and responded quickly to all our questions. Highly recommended!

Pros: Nos alojamos aquí para poder visitar unas tratorias de la zona que quedan alejadas del centro de la ciudad. No es el barrio más bonito de Roma, pero tiene mucha vida y muchas opciones de restauración y bares para desayunar. La habitación es muy espaciosa y la cama tiene la dureza perfecta! Hay una cocina compartida bastante equipada, que finalmente no hicimos uso.

Cons: Esta un poco alejada. Está ubicado en un 3 piso sin ascensor. Nosotros llevábamos mochila, pero si llevas maleta ten en cuenta este detalle.

Comfortable stay in Rome!

Pros: Very modern and clean, good water pressure, and everything provided. Communication with the owner's son, Francesco, was great!

Cons: The area was a little sketchy at night, though nothing bad actually happened. Also, be warned this is on the third floor so if you have heavy luggage... prepare to haul it.
