Pros: Olena, the host, is extremely flexible and helps solve any problems The area is full of small restaurants and bars, the atmosphere is lively until late at night. If you arrive from the Tremini train station, the area may be intimidating at first, but the accommodation is a few streets away and there are no problems in the area.

Best apartment

Pros: Everything in this apartment is just perfect . Around 10min from buses , trains and trams. This apartment has everything you need for short or long stays. In friendly and safe area . Host and Elena are super friendly and are always there for you if you need them . There was plenty of room for 5 people everything worked and apartment was super clean and fresh .

Pros: Удобное расположение: примерно в 10 минутах ходьбы находится станция метро, откуда легко добраться до всех достопримечательностей Рима. Также недалеко расположен главный железнодорожный вокзал Termini, откуда удобно доехать до аэропорта, а от вокзала апартаменты тоже находятся в пешей доступности. Рядом есть кафе и супермаркеты. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: средства личной гигиены, кофемашина, кофе, чай, сахар и базовые хозяйственные принадлежности. Удобные кровати, чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Отдельное спасибо Елене, которая нас заселяла: всё подробно объяснила, ответила на все вопросы. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Argentina 🇦🇷

Pros: El barrio nos dio una primera impresión no muy alentadora, sin embargo al día siguiente y luego de recorrerlo nos gustó. El edificio es bastante viejo pero el departamento es otra cosa. Muy cómodo, práctico y con todos los elementos necesarios. Pastelería enfrente, supermercado a un par de cuadras. Si gustan de caminar se puede decir que está bien ubicado sin transporte público, aunque también hay cerca. Le estación de trenes Roma Termini está a pocas cuadras.

Cons: Nada en particular, sólo lamento que estuviera en obra (un arreglo exterior) aunque no fue una incomodidad.

Bien dans l'ensemble

Pros: L appartement est situé hors des circuits touristiques. Il est agréable de se retrouver au calme le soir. L'appartement était propre, la résidence calme, le présence d'une boulangerie dans la rue un plus. C'est bien d'avoir vu quelqu'un pour les clefs.

Cons: L appartement est loin du métro et la montée vers la gare pas très agréable ; pas suffisamment de vaisselle ( 4 verres pour 5, pas de saladier ni passoire sauf un en plastique); canape dans la cuisine moyen, c'est bien pour trois mais pas pour cinq.

Pros: Przemiła i bardzo pomocna właścicielka. Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, czyste, z dostępną kuchnią, pralką etc. Wifi działało bez zarzutów. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Cons: Nie widzę żadnych minusów. :)

Pros: Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna Pani własicielka, przyjęła nas o 3 w nocy z uwagi na opóźiony lot! Bardzo dobry kontakt z Panią. Apartament przestronny, kuchnia wpelni wyposażona, posciel, ręczniki czyściutkie. Odległość od centrum Rzymu niewielka, apartament dobrze skomunikowany.
