Pros: The apartment was comfortable and clean. Nice decoration. Armando answered immediately whenever we needed. There are 3 metro stops about 15 minutes away from the apartment. But there are also convenient bus lines (71,5, etc) closer about 6 min walk.

Pros: The apartment is clean and beautiful, and also very well equipped. It has plenty of storage space, while still being comfortable, which was very important to us since we came with children. Also, the owner, Armando, was very kind and available for any detail.”

Cons: What I didn’t like was the location. It is 15 minutes from the metro station and 10 minutes from the main Termini station, but the way there is rather unpleasant, with many homeless people and a lot of dirt. To be honest, if we hadn’t been with children, I might not have paid so much attention to this. By taxi it’s only 10 minutes, which is great, but taxis in Rome are a whole other story. So, if you’re okay with walking and you’re coming with friends or as a couple, then this probably won’t be a problem for you.

Pros: Good location, pretty close to termini(20min walk) and metro(15min walk), nice and clean appartment. I liked the San Lorenzo area, lots of good restaurants and bars.

Kitchen, Aircon, Safety, all the pots and pans to cook at home not that we used them as we were enjoying all the goodnes

Pros: If your looking to live like a local with the locals but with a slight up class then this the place for you. A quick 10min walk to Roma terminal. Apartment has everything you need to come home after a long day and relax and chill. Armando our host was awesome and always on hand if needed.

Cons: The bathroom is a squeeze but hey it’s not like you’re living in there!

Pros: The location, facilities and quality was great. We had smooth check-in and check-out and clear conversation with the host.

Cons: We are a family of 4 and had to use the sofa bed for sleeping. The sofa bed mattress was in very bad condition and we had body ache and stressful sleep for the nights we stayed.

Pros: The property was very clean and tidy. Completely stocked with all kitchen supplies which made it easy to make my own meals. Very safe and relaxing spot with a balcony that was perfect to sit in the sun. Very spacious and the host was easy to communicate with, I was granted extra nights of stay which was amazing. My stay here was perfect and I would recommend anyone to go stay here. I will definitely stay again.

Pros: Very comfortable appartment with all the ammenities you could need to stay in Rome for some days.

Pros: Everything was clean, perfectly equipped with WiFi, Smart TV, AC, iron, etc. Host is always ready to help and have good recommendations for the restaurants. About 10 minutes walk from metro or bus station even less.

Went well...

Pros: The apartment, restaurant options around the streets near the apartment. The place seemed perfect for 2 but not for 4 people. We were group of 4. But then, I doubt if the amount makes sense for 2 people. Armando treated us well. Apartment was well equipped and we enjoyed using the coffee machine :) (took a while to learn how to use :P).

Cons: Toilet door didn't close. Sofa bed wasn't comfortable.
