The excellent apartment within 20 mins walk from Rome station

Pros: We stayed for two days and had a mostly positive experience. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and had all the necessary kitchen supplies, making our stay comfortable. Complimentary snacks were a nice bonus. The location is about 15–18 minutes on foot from Roma Termini, which is convenient for getting around the city.

Cons: The neighborhood felt a little sketchy with homeless people and some unsanitary areas. Overall, the apartment itself is excellent, but guests should be cautious about the surroundings.

Pros: It is a nice modern apartment with one separate bedroom. Amazing host, very well prepared with all the necessities available. Nearby several very nice Cafes and nice restaurants. ~30m relaxed walk to Colosseum and other landmarks. Also there is a direct Tram to same locations just 5 min walk from the apartment. Definitely can recommend

Cons: It is not exactly a concern, but the apartment is on the ground floor with entrance directly from the street. One bed in a separate room, while the other in the main room/kitchen so not very private.

Fantastic

Pros: We were very pleased with our stay. Tatiana met us at apartment and we were pleasantly surprised at the large accommodation. Tatiana was the perfect hostess and everything was better than expected!! The area was a little sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. It was about a 25 minute walk from Termini station. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us during our time in Rome, a magnificent city!!

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property in Rome! The owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from the moment I made the booking. Communication was smooth, and they made sure I had all the necessary details well in advance. The flat itself was spotless, very clean, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed – from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding – and felt like a real home away from home. It’s clear the host cares about their guests' comfort and goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

Wonderful stay in Rome

Pros: It's really lovely to be welcomed by the owner to such an excellent and well equipped apartment. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the high standard of the accommodation. The owner also thoughtfully provided details of local bus routes, tourist hotspots and lively dining places. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very welcoming host, the apartment had everything organised, very clean and tidy. I highly recommend Tatiana's *Better Place*.

Pros: The host, Tatiana met us at the property and showed us how everything worked and where to find the supermarkets, public transport and also recommended a couple of local restaurants.. There were also some snacks and a bottle of wine to welcome us. The property was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Everything (and I do mean everything) you could possibly need was supplied. It is obvious that Tatiana takes great pride in her property and we would recommend it as a great place to stay when in Rome.

Cons: Nothing that was in the control of Tatiana. There was some form of renovation or construction going on at the next door property and it was a little noisy at times. But we were out most of the time during the day so it wasn't a huge problem.

Clean and comfortable place to stay!

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and Tatiana put a lot of thought into what the customer may need. Also, given us tips on what was nearby. Location was also a short walk to Rome Termini station.

Cons: The neighbours were quite loud at night and we found it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, the property is immaculate!

Pros: Near the train station that you take for the airport. It’s walking distance into the main tourist attractions. About 20 min walk to Colosseum. Lots of cafes and restaurants within 5 min walk Too many to try them all. We walked everywhere during our stay. Would love to stay here again.
