The overal impression of the stay: WONDERFUL !!!

Pros: The apartment is great and clean. It is spacious, very comfortable and quiet place to have a nice sleep. The kitchen is well equipped, also there is good choice of delicious coffee. We arrived at midnight. The host, Elena is very nice woman, she came especially to meet us. That was very nice of her. The overal impression of the stay, I must say it : WONDERFUL !!!

Perfect accommodation

Pros: The location is perfect, you can reach everything by foot, but also the main station is very close. The apartment is very nice, and well equipped, beds are comfortable, and everything is very clean. Our host is great!

Very nice appartement with friendly host.

Pros: The host welcomed us at our arrival, very friendly. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 ( with 2 “big” kids >16) Calm, quite close for metro or bus, easy to go to the city center. We recommend this place.

Lovely stay, good location

Pros: We liked the lively location, good bars and restaurants, not touristy. It was very clean with good facilities and we had a warm welcome.

Cons: The transport links to central Rome were not ideal but we managed ok. The main bedroom was hot to sleep in due to being on a mezzanine level which the AC didn't reach.

Clean, well maintained apartment with friendly, reliable owner

Pros: The owner, Elena was waiting for us. She was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and reliable. The area has 3-4 supermarket within 5 min walk. There are also several good restaurants around. Access to Termini train station or metro is about 15-20 min walk.

Pros: Mrs. Elena is so nice and hospitable. She gave us all information that we needed. We could contact her without hesitation. Good location, short walk from Termini station. There are alot of taverns, shops, pastry shops and bakeries.. Apartmant is spacy and comfortable.

Cons: Noisy neighbours (from other apartments) and hygiene of the apartment was not for our standards.

Would stay again! clean and comfortable, funky area of Rome, great bars and restaurants around. Friendly host.

Pros: Friendly host, clean and comfortable apartment, out of the hustle and bustle of Rome but close enough to public transport to access main attractions. transport system is easy to use. Great restaurants and bars near the accomodation, a lot of locals about which is nice to escape from busy tourist areas. Close enough to main station. Had a washing machine and coffee machine which was lovely! balcony to hang the washing also which was handy.

Cons: Mild mould smell in bathroom but overall great stay.
