Central Domus Roma

Pros: Gianluca, our host, greeted us with a smile and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved its charming, classic style that truly captures the heart of Rome - not your typical IKEA setup you see so often. The location was perfect as well - close to the main train station, where we arrived after taking a bus from the airport. Many attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain are within a 20-minute walk, and for everything else, there’s a nearby metro station with two main lines. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Thank you, Gianluca!

Great location and property

Pros: The property is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes to the train station and 30 minute lovely walk down to the colosseum and Roman forum. The room was a good size and it was nice to have access to kitchen. Our room was super clean and had air con with a really comfy bed. Gianluca was really helpful and friendly giving us tips and recommendations for our stay. To note there is €100 cash deposit + city tax which isn’t super clear in booking.com formatting although it listed - important to note to make sure you have the ability to take out cash.

Cons: Nothing I disliked, I booked the en-suite room which was great. To be aware the other room has a private bathroom but not en-suite. The bathroom is opposite the other bedroom and not shared and I would happily book that room in future.

Cosy vintage central and quiet place to explore Rome

Pros: Great host that provided everything we needed and beyond. Close to Central station but very quiet and in front of a Park. Authentic old apartment beautifully decorated.

Pros: Good location, everything you need in walking distance. Near the railway station for additional movements. Old house, atmospheric apartments. Purely and comfortable. Old Rome with all his warmth. Many thanks to Gianluca and his team. I have not met more welcoming reception and service. They are always in touch and are ready to help on any issues. I definitely recommend it.

Great stay, we recommend it!

Pros: Central Domus Roma is an amazing appartment in Roman style with a super friendly host. Clean room, nice bed and a comfortable bathroom, everything we needed for a perfect stay in Rome. The location is close to Termini station and if you want it is possible to walk to all popular highlights within 30 minutes. Sidenote: kitchen is shared with a second room, but not a problem at all to us. Also did the host sent a lot of recommendations, which was very nice!

An excellent place to stay to visit the city.

Pros: A lovely place to use as a base for exploring Rome. The location is literally a 2 minute walk from Roma Termini station. Gianluca is an excellent host who speaks great English and checks in with you every day to make sure everything is ok.

Cons: Nothing…it was perfect in every way.

Amazing value for money stay with an fantastic host.

Pros: Central Domus Roma is a great property. The room and private bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the decor was very nice. The room was private, overlooking a park, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. Whilst close to landmarks, we chose the location for its proximity to Roma Termini as we were travelling through Italy via the awesome train system and found it much more cost effective to be close to the train terminals and save on taxi and transfer costs. It served our purpose perfectly. The apartment is also amazing value for money. What really made our stay was the assistance we received from Gianluca, the host. He was absolutely amazing in every respect, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Rome.

Cons: The only real downside was the fact that the property couldn’t be considered central to landmarks, but they were still within easy walking distance. If you need a property within walking distance to the main train terminal, you cannot go wrong here.

The location was extremely convenient to Termini station and hence all public transport

Pros: Gianluca was very friendly and welcomed us on arrival and kept in contact during our stay in Rome. The kitchen facilities were excellent, if we had wanted to we could easily have prepared our meals.

Cons: Shower was a little difficult to master but operated well when set-up properly

Very convenient accommodation close to Termini with very helpful host.

Pros: Gianluca was a great host. The property is clean and tidy. To walk to the side entry to Termini station is literally 200m. We will definitely stay here again

Pros: Gianluca was a fantastic host Our flight was delayed and he kindly stayed to make sure we had no issues. He checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and gave the most amazing recommendations, we tried every bakery/restaurant and couldn't fault a thing! Bed was extremely comfy and the room felt like we were in authentic Italy
