Good spot and location

Pros: It was amazing to have kitchen with all the equipment, super clean, cozy and stylish, getting apartment experience while leaving in the hotel with daily cleaning. Totally recommend

Pros: Great place with very helpful staff. Old building with style, a fine vintage lift and green patio. Cosy rooms, a really good bathroom and comfy beds. A big kitchen with coffee machine and free coffee and buscuits. Termini station within 10 minutes walk. metro station within 7 min. of walk. We were delighted.

Cons: Nothing really.

Great place to stay

Pros: Room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 2 people. Check in and out was hassle free and staff were lovely. Beds were comfortable too. There is a shared kitchen, communal space which is a nice space to sit and enjoy a coffee and maybe meet your holiday neighbours.

Pros: Very comfortable room facing the courtyard so it was very quiet. Nice big shower. Well equipped common area including complementary coffee and tea. Decent neighborhood. Close, easy walking distance to the train station.

Cons: More towels would have been nice but I am sure that if we asked they would have provided.

Comfortable room with private bathroom in apartment with shared kitchen close to main train station.

Pros: Very accommodating host. Tastefully furnished spacious room with private bathroom with ample hot water supply with desk and large window onto beautiful interior court with water fountain. Well equipped shared kitchen. Excellent location on safe quiet treet a few minutes walk from the main Train Station (Termini) and Metro. Walking distance to sights in the area and downtown (depending on time and energy), restaurants close by.

Pros: Coloseum is 20 min walk . Location is 10 min Termini Train Station in which is also a shopping mall . Location is very clean rooms very nice decorated , decent size with very nice bathrooms with walk in shower. Wi-Fi very good. Hosts are very nice. There is a shared dining room with a fridge also free coffee and biscuits . You can also leave tour bags if you come early or exit late in the shared dining area. Location is on Googlemaps.

A Roman haven in a busy city, perfect!

Pros: Just delightful. Cosy, clean, outstanding location near the Metro and a short walk to the Colosseum. Great coffee machine, helpful host and the room is serviced each day. Quiet and has a garden haven as well .

Cons: Everything is perfect. I would not stay anywhere else in Rome!
