Pros: Our stay was excellent and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The room was very clean, and housekeeping cleaned the room every morning, which we really appreciated. The facilities were good and everything worked as expected. The location is very convenient, close to Termini station and public transport, making it easy to reach all the main attractions in Rome. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was absolutely wonderful, very kind, helpful, and professional. Communication was clear and smooth, and they made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay in Rome with easy access to Termini.

Pros: Excellent location easy access to Termini station and the metro. Easy walk to lots of the tourists sites. Go to Monti for local restaurants. Bed was comfortable shower was hot and bigger than normal. We enjoyed our stay. Having access to a kitchen was a bonus.

Cons: Be aware of tourist tax.

Pros: Giulio the host was lovely and met us at the door. He replied to messages quickly and gave us useful information. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very clean and well supplied. The hotel is in a great location. Would recommend this hotel.

Pros: The hotel is relatively close to the railway station, and the host is enthusiastic in service. The hotel is quite clean and has a shared kitchen where you can easily reheat food or cook barbecued food, which is very convenient. The accommodation is clean, the host is kind, and the service is thoughtful.

Pros: It was close to the train station/bus stop. It was clean and very comfortable. There is a kitchen available if you would like to make your own food and a coffee machine if you need an espresso. The host was amazing, very nice and super helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with our needs, & also sent through helpful information regarding shops, restaurants & attractions.
