Pros: The host at Kis Inn Guesthouse was very hospitable, and the clean and comfortable apartment made our stay very pleasant. The room was very soundproof, the facilities were new, and it had a kitchenette and refrigerator. The location is very close to Roma Termini, making it a great place to visit in Rome.

Pros: We stayed at Kis Inn in Rome and were absolutely delighted. The location is excellent, and the room was very spacious and bright, with beautiful interiors and great attention to detail. Everything was extremely comfortable — especially the bed and the bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. We loved the soap so much that I even ordered the same one for home. Special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. This was the best service we experienced in Rome. We were also pleasantly surprised with lovely gifts, which made our stay even more special. Thanks to this accommodation, we fell even more in love with Rome. We absolutely recommend Kis Inn and would be very happy to stay here again.

Fantastic place

Pros: It's a big WOW ! We were very pleasantly surprised and delighted with the accommodation we rented. The flat was splendid, completely refurbished and impeccably clean. It even has a small kitchen for preparing very small meals if needed. The beds are very comfortable and the nights are very quiet with no noise. The building is located in a quiet but lively neighbourhood, very close to the city centre and public transport, including Termini station, which is really convenient. Our host was incredibly kind and was there when we arrived and when we left. She gave us lots of information about the various shops nearby and was available if we needed anything. We won't be looking anywhere else for our next stays in Rome and will definitely be coming back to the same place. Thank you again for everything !

Pros: The location is good, about 8 minutes walk from Termini station and 6 minutes walk from metro. The room is clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and give a lot information.

Pros: Everything in the apartment was brand new, and the building is maybe 5 minutes on foot from Termini station. The host was very nice and helpful

A warm Roman hospitable welcome, in a modern guesthouse.

Pros: Agnese, the host, was very welcoming. The room had a very cosy kitchen attached, and fresh coffee was supplied with an easy to use expresso machine. A very modern, well decorated room, with great paintings, clean up yo date bathroom, with a powerful refreshing shower. Sipping delicious coffee on the roof terrace made a great start to the day. The location was perfect for walking to the local bakery for a tasty croissant ,enjoying eating it in the local garden square. Then, it was easy walking to the ancient sites, with so many fantastic restaurants nearby, allowing me to walk back for a siesta during the hot afternoons I would definitely stay here again.
