I heartily recommend this object.

Pros: coffee, tea, cookies available every day, purly, pleasantly, comfortable

Pros: Claudia was very helpful. She is a great host. Her mother is also an incredibly sweet woman. The hotel is very close to Termini—you can reach Termini in 6 minutes. The city center is also within walking distance; you can get to the Trevi Fountain in 25–30 minutes. Overall, it’s close to the center. In terms of cleanliness, it was very clean. Complimentary items such as croissants, coffee, and similar things were provided free of charge.

Cons: There were many people from different countries around the area. This made us feel a bit uneasy in terms of safety.

Pros: The room was nicely decorated and had everything you need. There were plenty of towels, a small fridge, and a separate, well-appointed bathroom. I especially liked that the hosts provided water, cakes, and coffee in the kitchen every day and toothbrushes and slippers. Claudia was very kind and accommodating — she even let us leave our luggage on Sunday, on our last day of stay, at a time that suited us.

Pros: The apartment is located in a very good location if you want to travel to Italian cities. There is also public transport nearby, from where you can easily get to any place in Rome. The apartment itself is very clean. The internet works perfectly. The owners are very nice, they even gave us gifts at the end.

Pros: The property was nice and clean, with kitchen at our disposal. it was very close to Termini station, which was beneficial for us catching a bus at night. Staff was really nice. They allowed us to leave things before check in time, which we appreciated a lot.

Pros: Place was quite nice and cosy with all facilities and very sweet host :) I'd stay there again.

Cons: Room is small but they mentioned room size so it was my mistake that I didn't check correctly. If you are 3 or more, area might be not enough but for the price it's acceptable. Location is close to main places but neighbourhood is not so clean but building and hotel were clean enough.

Pros: Great 2 night stay very close Rome Central Train Station. Water, snacks tea coffee etc available. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights, hosts very good with communication. Recommended.

Great location & Convenient

Pros: The location of the place is excellent in terms of coming in from Rome Termini train station. It was a short walk away which was very convenient. The room was clean functional. We had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. The hosts were easy to contact and gave easy to follow instructions on how to get into the room, especially because we arrived after the check-in hours.

The hostesses were very helpful. I would stay again here.

Pros: The bed was comfortable I wasn’t expecting that because of the price. But I was surprised by the quality of the mattress.

Great stay in a lovely room

Pros: Lovely room with everything needed for a 4 night trip. Staff were so lovely and the location was perfect for sight seeing and getting to the train station

Cons: The overhead shower wasn’t working, and since there was no holder for the hand shower, it made showering a bit tricky.
