Wonderful Stay! Ilaria was very helpful and answers your questions straightaway!

Pros: Location was good! Metro and trains within walking distance. Cafe shop on the corner if you fancy any nice sandwich, latte or any sweet Italian cake. I will definitely stay again if I ever come back to Rome.

Cons: There was not a kitchen knife in the drawer but we managed to cut our melon using a simple knife for meals.

Wonderful stay as always

Pros: This is our third time we stay at Ilaria's place and we surely will come back here for our next trip to Rome. We love how the apartament is placed, we love the commodities such as AC and thick blinders in the windows

Pros: Great location, pretty central, there was a common kitchen with free coffee and tea and cups, plates, cutlery and some basic condiments. Cleaning lady was coming almost everyday for the sheets and garbage. There is an option for washing machine and dryer with a charge if you like to wash your clothes. A free bottle of water per person was given to us when we arrived and there was some filtered water in the fridge.

Cons: Beds were a bit small and I was a bit scared I might fall during the night so I slept a bit stressed the first couple nights but ok I didn’t fall in the end 😜 Also it would be nice if the tv was smart and could support platforms like Netflix as television there is only in Italian so it’s a bit pointless for us to watch cause we don’t understand anything 😜

Would recommend

Pros: Close to Termini station and also to other main places. Was coffee, cookies,water as much as you need. We booked standard apartments but get Luxury room which is more nice as we booked previously

Pros: it was close to metro and other turistic objectives.

Cons: The duvet was wrapped in sheets that moved during the night, and I would end up covered only by the duvet. On top of that, the walls of the rooms were very thin, so I could hear the neighbors all the time. There was a lot of dust on the floor in the room. From the photos, it appeared that the apartment had its own living room. However, in reality, the accommodation featured a shared kitchenette, with each guest only having a room with a private bathroom.

Perfectly joyful!

Pros: Beautiful accommodation that completely exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and beautiful, beds made every day, a small kitchen with mugs, glasses, plates, cutlery, coffee machine etc was very handy. But the most brilliant thing about this place is Ilaria the host, nothing is too big or small. She was always contactable, incredibly friendly and really made our stay amazing. Check in instructions were clear, especially as we arrived late, there was no issue getting into the building and our room. The location is right by Termini and lots of restaurants and cafes. We can't wait to come back. 10/10, one of the best we've stayed in😊

Cons: The mattresses are quite firm, but that's just personal preference. We got used to it after the first night.

Pros: Excellent location near two metro stations and the central train station. Walking distance from city center. Amazing facilities with extra comfy beds and spacious bathroom and shower. Ilaria was always there for every question and super helpful.

Adequate and great staff

Pros: Comfy beds, great friendly and helpful staff, room was changed upon arrival to fit our needs. Laundry option is good to have.

Cons: 2nd floor kitchen was too old and in urgent need of refurbishment, though rooms are great.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Our room was very clean and nice. There was a cute bed for our baby.

Cons: Noise from the street was a bit loud at times but i think its because its Rome :)

Pros: the location is great, near Termini train station. we had lots of places to eat around . the room is really big; the bathroom is small, but enough to take a shower the host was really great
