Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, the room and bathroom were both spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – which is absolutely priceless during hot days. The surrounding streets were a bit dirty, but this was more than balanced out by the great walking distance to Termini and the historic city center. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, communication was smooth, and we received tons of great recommendations. All in all, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place!

Cons: There was a CO2 detector in the room that blinked all night – just a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning.

Excellent place with convenient location and facilities.

Pros: I liked many things, including location, availability of a teapot and a coffeemaker, refrigerator. The room is big enough.

Cons: I read on the internet that tap water is good to drink in Italy. However, it seems it is not. There is a chair available in the room and it would be perfect to have one table.

Pros: Very close to train station. Walking distance to Colosseum. Very easy check in. Very good value for money.

Pros: Good central location, nearby cafes, bars and restaurants. Good walking to major sightseeing areas.

Cons: The area right around is sometimes a bit dirty.

Pros: The owner of the rental apartment was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Even though we arrived late in the evening, he met us personally, showed us around, and explained everything clearly. On our way, he even sent a direct link to the apartment location, which made it much easier to find. The location is partly good – it's close to the main train station, but keep in mind that it is still the station area. That said, we had no issues during our stay. The city center is within walking distance, and there’s a nearby street full of cafés and shops, which was very convenient.

Pros: Claudio was super friendly and helpful. He waited for us outside and showed us to the room. He even gave us tips for eating around. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. The location is great, very close to train and bus stops and the mercato centrale which is a great place to eat

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the metro station. The staff are very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and well-equipped, and the beds were really comfy. We enjoyed the typical Italian cappuccino and croisant at the bar down the street which serves as breakfast. Would definitely recommed this place!
