Principe Guesthouse

Pros: The room is perfect for visiting Rome. The kitchenette has everything we need for cooking. It is well located, not far from the station. The room is perfect for a week-long stay.

Nice stay in Roma

Pros: Marta was a great host and very helpful. The location is close to the train station, 5-7 min walk on the 3rd floor. There is a lift. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and good shower, but walls are not very soundproof. There is free coffee and nibbles available, plus filtered water. There is a metro station close by if you don’t fancy walking. Nice stay.

It was good for 1-2 nights. I am very grateful.

Cons: The step in the bathroom is a surprise in the middle of the night.

Pros: Great location 10 min walk from Sorrento railway station and the detailed information by the host about access to the property and check in check out process was excellent.

Cons: We were 3 single friends and needed to set up a third bed. Access to another set of spare sheets would’ve been nice to set up the third bed.

Good, quiet place to stay the night with public transports around you.

Pros: Aviability of clean water and little snack if you bring a pick-up meal. Tv that has netflix to see movies and series.

Just the perfect stay at Rome in a central location .

Pros: Very centrally located .. the room size was excellent and the cleaning staff was soooo kind ♥️

Cons: The area is very central but it’s not as pretty as the rest if Rome .

Great stay in Rome

Pros: Great location for train station, it is easy to reach any sightseeing spots from the guesthouse. It felt a safe street. Staff were lovely, trying to accommodate our needs. Coffee machine in the hall was a great extra touch. Beds were comfortable, it was perfect for us three single beds that you don’t find everywhere. An elevator in the building was good. The air conditioning was lovely when outside was plus 30. The bathroom/shower room were clean, working well, so all the boxes have been ticked for us. we stayed here for a week and it was a good experience.

Cons: Nothing. Just a note for an extra special experience: leave out some more not black tea bags, milk for coffee and extra toilet paper; maybe let the guests know the rooms cleaning schedule.
