Pleasant and convenient

Pros: Good size room for 3 people, was really pleased about it. Location is really good, just a bit rough when you first leave the Termini Station but after a short walk is absolutely fine.

Cons: Showers had a slight clogged and the water was not going down so easily.

Pros: An excellent choice for staying in Rome. The location is very convenient, close to the train station, metro, and major attractions, making it an ideal base both for walking around the city and for longer trips. Very good value for money.

Cons: I did not like the fact that I had to wait about 20 minutes for the apartment to warm up. Although the heating system was very efficient once it started working, the initial start-up was quite slow.

Pros: We just came back from Rone.The guesthouse was a great place with a top host.The host was very accommodating and was ready to help us instantly.The staff was very helpful and we were able to have everything we needed. I would surely recommend it to everyone.

One of the best stays I had

Pros: Everything was great. Super clean room and bed, clean and well-equipped bathroom, and good temperature control. The host is a very nice kind gentleman who helped us having a very smooth check in and check out. If I come to Rome again, I’ll go for this room again.

Pros: All was perfect: great location, smooth communication with the owner, staff's helpfulness. The room was 100 % clean, with all one needs (cosmetics, sth to drink etc), it was quiet (the bell outside doesn't bell), the bed was unbelievably comfortable, the water was warm. This staying was like heaven. I recommend it to all! : )))

Pros: Walk to train and metro stations. Exceptionaly clean. Beautiful piillows and bed. Quiet air conditioner. Clean,well stocked kitchen. Welcome drinks. Free water. Best host ever. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious and modern room perfect for a couple. Complimentary beer, prosecco and other refreshments were a lovely surprise. Lovely host and great communication. Close to Termini and metro station for easy access to other areas in Rome. We loved our short stay and would definitely book again.

Pros: I don't have any complaints! The room was very clean and equipped with everything necessary, including some snacks and drinks. Yes, the area may be described as a little bit sketchy, but I didn't feel that I wasn’t safe not once, especially as a solo girl traveller. And it’s very convenient that the place is so super close to Termini. The communication with the host was very easy and she sent very detailed instructions on how to self check in easily. Would definitely recommend!
