Wonderful stay with clean facilities and very helpful staff.

Pros: We had a very good experience at this hotel. The receptionist, Rudolfo, was especially attentive, caring, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and the staff supported us with everything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of.

Great stay!

Pros: The property is easily accessible and just a few minutes walk from Termini train and metro station. Easy also to reach the city centre and Coliseum by foot. The team was extremely nice and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

Great overnight near Termini

Pros: Very close from Termini station, I only stayed one night for transit so it was a perfect location for that. My flight was delayed but the staff kindly waited for me to arrive. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Not much soundproofing from adjacent rooms

Ideal for couples making a short stay to see the Rome without a car, especially arrving by train

Pros: Just two blocks' walk from Roma Termini, the main train station where we arrived and with access to the metro and buses. They accommodated our late arrival due to a train strike. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too.

Perfect

Pros: The hotel was really clean, and Rudolfo took care of everything we needed. We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The location is very close to Termini, and the street felt safe. We’d seen some comments about noise, but we didn’t experience any issues at all. The bed was very comfortable, and both the fridge and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The wifi connection was almost perfect. There are also restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, the price–performance ratio was excellent and we were very satisfied.

Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the duvet could have been placed inside the duvet cover instead of being sandwiched between two sheets.
