Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rome Termini

Great location, lovely friendly staff and good rooms and facilities

Pros: Excellent location near the main train station. We could walk to all the main city centre attractions, including the Colosseum etc. The hotel was small but very boutique and felt very personal, made more so by the very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was small, but clean and well decorated with a boutique theme. I mentioned that the visit was for my partner’s birthday and they had hung a happy birthday banner over the window and written a lovely happy birthday card, along with a small bottle of Prosecco! 😁👍 Jacuzzi on the roof top was lovely and the gym and sauna area was impressive. All in all a lovely place to stay in the centre of Rome.

Cons: Would be good to have small milk cartons as opposed to the milk sachets provided.

Good location and service

Pros: The location so close to Rome Termini was really handy. The service was great and the place had a funky vibe. Good restaurants options nearby. Cool that there was a spa and sauna.

Cons: The family room was a strange design that made it very cramped for three of us. Form over function.

Amazing experience

Pros: Amazing staff, good breakfast, good location, close to the train station, not far from the main attraction, map and recommendations where to go available from the hotel. The hotel took our special requests into account.

Pros: A very spacious room with a bathtub, TV, and a small living area. Toiletries and bath amenities are fully provided, along with indoor slippers, welcome drinks, and sparkling water. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Rome station.

Convenient hotel near Rome Termini

Pros: The room was spacious. We could enjoy the sauna and Turkish bath at no additional charge. The staff facilitated our check-in and handling of the luggage in their storage room.

Cons: The room was poorly ventilated as it was difficult to open the windows sufficiently, and the AC automatically turned on overnight (even when intentionally turned off). There seems to be something up with the pipes as the toilet didn't flush properly, and the sink didn't drain well.

Pros: Great staff. Wellness area where the sauna could be booked individually!

Pros: Comfortable and spacious. Good bathroom facilities, spacious shower. Excellent continental breakfast available..The hotel is in a great position, so close to main transport terminal, the metro being a great mode of transport.

Cons: Make sure you get your room serviced each day so as to have a bottle of water provided . Somewhat transparent bathroom door not allowing full privacy. There is another toilet available near the gym.

Pros: Rooms and staff were great. Private use of sauna and steam and jacuzzi upon request was a very nice addition.

Great breakfast but the Hotel in general could use some improvements

Pros: Breakfast was amazing and the close location to the Termini was great.

Cons: Rooms are very small with no door on the shower room which is a little difficult if your travelling with your teenagers. The gym was also pretty basic with no free weights and one of the main machines broken which was a shame as the gym was one reason we booked here.

I would come back!

Pros: Location is great! The staff was incredibly helpful.

Cons: Our room could have been bigger but was clean and well organized. The staff should advise people to make reservations for the hot tub, which we could not get in to use.
