very comfortable and safe

Pros: The property is in a very good location near Rome's central station (cafes, restaurants, a grocery store across the street from the hotel, etc.) Personally, for me, when I travel to a city for a few days, as long as the property is comfortable and offers me a good location and whatever I might need is nearby, it is enough.

Cons: I had air conditioning, the shower was great. I was out partying at night, so I slept in late. I didn't need my room cleaned, to be honest, but I would recommend leaving one or two rolls of toilet paper in a drawer. Almost on my last day, I thought about buying some, but the front desk guy gave me an extra one. Everything else was fine with me.

Pros: The room was very big and renovated. The air conditioning worked well. Tv was brand new. Mattress super comfortable. Location great 👍 check in between 23:00 and 00:00 smooth.

Pros: We were honestly quite worried after reading all of these negative reviews, but we were positively surprised by this hotel room! It was clean, the renovations paid off, the water was warm, the bed comfortable.. We couldn't have asked for more.

Cons: The WIFI didn't quite work and our room was right next to the reception which made it a bit loud sometimes, but it was fine for staying only one night.

Don't complain about everything, it was cool.

Pros: Awesome place, close to the train station. The Bangladeshi guy was very helpful and kind. They let us leave the bags beforehand, so we could go around Rome.

Pros: Great location, just 5 minutes walk to Termini Railway station.

Cons: Had to wait over 10 minutes to see someone in order to check in, after a few phone calls someone appeared alas the man didn't speak much Italian or English.

Perfect location to stay in Rome

Pros: The location was perfect which is very near from Rome termini central. The room was very clean and everything was well equipped. Staffs were excellent and informative. They help us lot how to visit easily to the tourist spots. The room is perfect for the couple. I highly recommended for staying in this hotel. Hope to stay again in future.

Cons: Honestly I didn't find anything bad staying here

I was scared reading all the horrible reviews but it’s a totally fine place to stay!

Pros: Our room was quiet, had a tiny terrace and couch. It was all fine as far as cleanliness, I was honestly worried reading all of the horrible reviews but it’s totally fine if you are looking for a place to spend the night close to the train station. It is not “instagrammable” but there is nothing wrong with the place…our room was quiet and clean

Cons: I do feel it was quite expensive for what it is although it was literally the cheapest thing available when we booked our trip. It’s crazy how expensive it’s got to stay in Rome in the past year…
