Incredible staff, great location near Termini station, comfy beds and cute rooms!

Pros: The staff were so incredible here, allowing me to check in early after my long haul from Australia was such a kind gesture and it really made my day! They also provided me with a free room upgrade, and stored my luggage until the checkin time before putting these in the room for me so I didn't have to do this myself. The room was really cute, the bath tub was a very nice touch. Bed was comfy and the location is perfect being just a short few minute walk from Termini station - highly recommend!

Cons: Nothing at all - 10/10 stay!

Pros: We have had the pleasure of staying in this hotel many times now and it never disappoints. We really like the intimate and friendly feel and the location is perfect for the transport systems being literally 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini. That said don’t expect mobs of rushing tourists around the hotel, no it’s a little oasis of classy tranquility. Our go to hotel whenever we visit Rome

A real decent 4-star hotel among many fakes in the area. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, proper breakfast and nice

Pros: Extra comfy bed, spotless clean, odourless, silent A/C with heating, kettle, safe box.

Cons: The breakfast area is tiny and gets packed at peak time. The room doors could have been closing a bit more silently to allow neighbours sleep early morning.

Pros: Excellent location! Near Termini train station. Very clean room, new facilities, kind staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: The hotel rooms are spread across 3 different buildings and our room was in a separate building and not in the main building where check-in, the lobby and breakfast are held, which was a bit of a bummer.

Highly recommend this place, I had great stay in Rome

Pros: The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful - I left my luggage at the reception before checking-in and when my room was ready, my bags were placed there. That has never happened to me before, and I have been to Rome many time, I always had to take my bags myself. When I asked for an electric kettle and an iron, room service immediately brought the whole set to brew tea and make coffee (even with a napkin, which was quite cute) and of course an iron and ironing board. I liked my stylish bathroom a lot - I had a bathtub, so I took a bath after a long day.

Cons: My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and plenty to choose from.

Pros: Location was perfect and so was service while check-in. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, he gave us good and detailed informations about attractions and tourism in the city. Our room was situated few meters away from main building but we were accompanied to our room. The room was really well-scented and cleaned every day.

Cons: Unfortunately, it felt like walls were made of paper. We could hear everything in hallway and also people from other rooms.
