Amazing and comfortable

Pros: The hotel was on a nice location, very close to Termini station, which connects you to the city. The room was more than necessary for a couple. The breakfast was very good and the thing that we liked the most was that they serve it to the room, which is a nice gesture by the hotel.

Cons: Maybe the hotel should consider having one-time slippers. It would be great for next time.

A good, hassle-free stop in this big city.

Pros: The hotel is located on a quiet street, very close to the main train station, with many interesting trattorias nearby. The atmosphere of this quiet back street in this huge old city is even cozy. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the service is very friendly. I like this casual, unpretentious and fair mood that doesn't try to offer more than it has.

Great little hotel for a mini break

Pros: The staff were friendly but need to allow card payments for the tax and charge the correct amount. I specifically had to withdraw cash for this at a 5 euro charge! Breakfast was huge and tasty pastries served in your room. Location is very close to Termini station and you can walk to most of the tourist attractions. My kids loved the room and the size of the TV! Room was clean and just right for me and my 2 boys!

Cons: Having to get cash out to pay taxes. Shower had very weak pressure but that's normal for a lot of Europe!

Pros: We had visits booked for 8.30 a.m., so we had to leave the hotel before breakfast starting time (8 a.m.). so they kindly prepared us something on the day before.

Cons: The breakfast was only served from 8 a.m. which is not very usual. Our room was heading to a street that was a bit noisy during night, (but this is not the hotel's fault)

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The Italian breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, and everything was clean and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We would happily come back!

Amazing stay, home from home!

Pros: The location was great, we were so close to the Termini. The beds were comfy and clean, the room and bathroom had everything you need including fresh towels every day and hairdryer. Breakfast was lovely and brought to the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money, we were travelling with our 8 year old and she loved the hotel. Couldn’t ask for anything more on the budget that we had.

Cons: Only that it’s up two flights of stairs BUT there was also a lift so it’s not really a problem as such.

Cons: A little noisy at night with the traffic and door to the bathroom didn't close properly.
