Pros: Very good accommodation, beautiful, clean, close to many important things to visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, clean hotel and facilities

Pros: Very close to the station so was easy to get to all attractions. The cleaning every day was very thorough as well and they folded all our clothes so that was a lovely touch.

Cons: The duvet was slightly uncomfortable and the lift can be impractical if someone doesn’t close the door, definitely not an accessible property.

Cons: lift

Pros: Location of hotel very good 5ish minute walk to Rome Termini (bus, train, airport buses). Nearby restaurants, shops, fast food locations. Reception was good and efficient. Breakfast area appeared small but we never had a difficulty getting a table. Breakfast was Italian style but that was ok and plentiful. The staff serving the breakfast were great, very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was a reasonable size, bed comfortable and shower ok. TV had lots of channels. Every where was very clean.

Cons: The lift can only take 2 passengers so it can be easier to walk up the stairs. The building has several hotels which meant there could be demand for the lift but the stairs are fine.

Pros: The accommodation is worth the price – decent and tidy for a place to sleep. The toilet was also ok, you can smell a strange smell, but it's not that unpleasant. Note: If it matters to you, the room didn't have a safe. Right next to the hotel there is a snack bar where you can get coffee to go and something to eat in the morning, there is also a mini market. It is important to note that there are several hotels in the same building, so don't be confused by that. The rooms are located on the fifth floor, while the reception is on the ground floor. There is an elevator in the building, which makes access easier. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, which further contributes to a pleasant stay.

Convenient, comfortable with great location and value for money. I’d recommend for solo travel and for weekend trips.

Pros: The hotel was very well located , near to the train station as well as other shops and cafes. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Everything was great, the only thing is that the bathroom appeared to have some slight mould on the ceiling . Otherwise perfect.

Nice and warm

Pros: Near the Roma Termini but at the same time quiet. The cleaning services and the heat were great.

Cons: Matresses could be better
