Perfect Stay – Cozy, Clean, and Great Location
Pros: I loved everything about my stay at Luxury on the River. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to the main sights, but just far enough from the busiest crowds, so the area feels calm and very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after long days exploring Rome. Louisa, who manages the accommodation, was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The self check-in process was also very smooth and convenient.
Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Great price–value ratio and a place I would happily stay at again. Highly recommended!

A charming hotel hidden away in a historic building.
Pros: The hotel enjoys a superb location, placing you within easy walking distance of Rome’s most iconic attractions, perfect for exploring the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, Luisa, our host, made us feel genuinely welcome. She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally helpful, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite the intense summer heat during our visit, the air conditioning throughout the property both in the rooms and communal areas functioned exceptionally well, providing a much-needed refuge after long days of sightseeing. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, with a refined and elegant interior that beautifully reflects the charm of Roman hospitality. Every detail, from the furnishings to the ambient lighting, contributes to a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Cons: The only minor inconvenience was the elevator it’s quite old and operates a bit clumsily. That said, given that the hotel is housed within a charming historic building, this is entirely understandable and in no way detracted from the overall experience.
