Great stay in beautiful Rome

Pros: The best thing about this app is location. I would be happy to recommend for booking if you stay a few day's in Rome. The shuttle bus from the airport stops at a station 10 minutes walk from the apartment, which is great. Good communication with the host.

Cons: If you want to pay on site by card, you have to arrive by 4:30 PM because the reception is open until then. Otherwise, you will pay remotely with a 2% commission, which is not much overall. The shower head should be changed.

Pros: Everything was good, the room was clean, the staff was nice, and it was close to the Vatican City.

Cons: If you have sensitivities to humidity and require a sunlit environment, Elvis's room may not be suitable for your needs.

Pleasant stay in the Eternal City

Pros: The property is close to the Vatican City, right on the side of the Tiber. The SIT bus from the airport has a stop conveniently close to the property. The room is fair size, the bathroom smallish but functional. Everything worked, and one has access to the shared kitchen (available to use; sharing with those in the other 3 rooms). Friendly host who communicated well over WhatsApp.

Cons: No particular dislikes.

Pros: This property is in a great location, it is roughly a 15 minute walk to The Pantheon, 12 minute walk to Castle Sant Angelo, 25 minute walk to the Vatican & 35 minute walk to the colosseum (all with great transport routes in the surround area too). It was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and it was ideal for a couple of days in Rome. We felt safe and happy in the property, highly recommend.

Good locations for attractions

Pros: The lay out of the guesthouse and the rooms were nice. Loved the music theme. Beds were ok as were the bathrooms and showers. Location is excellent everything within walking distance of 15-20 minutes. Lots of food places around and there is a Starbucks around the corner for a morning coffee.

Cons: Please change the pillows in the room they are not nice at all. Very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep on at all.

Pleasant convenient room in the center of Rome

Pros: Nice easy to get to location, nice decoration and had all we needed.

Cons: The bathroom smelled a bit like mould, but not too big of a deal as we needed to sleep there only.

Great time in Rome

Pros: Good facilities, great location to get to all the top tourist spots. Federica was great and super helpful letting us know the best way to get from the airport and was really communicative leading up to our trip. Definitely would recommend!

Everything was amaizing

Pros: We really liked the accommodation where we stayed for the 3 days. The accommodation is very close to the tourist spots. It is clean and welcoming. We felt great and we will definitely come back. The lady who gave us the key was also nice and we had very good communication.

good location and privacy. could be a bit adgusted btw

Pros: location, private bathroom, kitchen and balcony - all in my hands was great. the possibility to make my own coffee and use any cooking tools as well. the owner is very nice woman. pay attention while booking - the taxes you'll have to pay will be mentioned while booking, but not after that. location - really good - right next to the river.

Cons: it could be cleaner, the balcony specifically and the bathrom ceiling next to the window - there was black dust or could not tell the difference. balcony goes on the inside yard of the building - neighbors were repairing something from the morning - door seems to be soundproof btw, just you'll be bothered if u open it. the water temperature changes by itself during shower, the blanket was too thin, I caught a cold - it's partially my fault, I could ask for something warmer but I found out at midnight. overally, it's the great value for money if you want private everything. check out at 10:00 am is a bit too much btw 🫠

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Great location for exploring all the sites of Rome! Easy walking distance to the Vatican and also back into old town (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps). Also an easy bus ride to the Colosseum and Roma Termini station (plenty of bus options nearby). There was also a laundromat within 4mins walk that was a life saver for us! Plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, as well as locally stocked restaurants. The hosts were super communicative and very accommodating for check in and any other questions we had. Would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Rome!
